Hi, 2 Personal Legal Cases ongoing so decided to post.

Hi,

I am currently going through what can only be described as an ordeal. I have a Medical Negligence case ongoing and also a Criminal Appeal. My Criminal Solicitors have been granted 3 lots of funding from the LSC. I am under the impression that there must be something in this as if I had no case at all then why would 3 lots of funding be approved.

In the Medical Negligence case, I was abused by a Professional, she has since been sacked by the Health Authority and struck off by the Nursing and Midwifery Council after all charges against her were proved. I feel my whole cases will bring the finer points of some laws into debatable topics between Legal minds.

I would like to discuss more, if anyone on the forum would like to comment.

Hi,

After I was abused by the nurse, I wrote suicide notes out for my son and me as my head had gone. The nurse didn't come into my case. I was charged with Attempted Murder and sentenced to 3 1/2 yrs. I served 21 Mths but now my story is no longer my story as the nurse has been struck off with all charges proved.

My Criminal Appeal Solicitors are now in contact with my Medical Solicitors after the  NHS has admitted responsibility for Psychological damage caused.

Still not entirely clear. What was the evidence relied on to charge and convict you?

Still not entirely sure, I just pleaded guilty, heavily influenced and heavily depressed. Criminal Appeal Solicitors are looking into it now.

Thank You Rachel, they are improving, my Medical Case is very strong, I'm also hoping the Criminal Appeal is too but I don't count my chickens.
