Good Evening
« on: September 19, 2013, 08:20:44 PM »
Hi, My name is Teddy, I am very interested in the McCann Case, I also am interested in anything about Michael Stone who is in prison for the Chillenden Murders in Kent. I have grave doubts that he is guilty and I am not the only one. Like Professor David Wilson,  Criminologist, Writer, TV personality. Who actually said on TV that he did not believe he was guilty.

Welcome to the forum, Teddy.  I've also had a look at the Stone case and have grave doubts about his conviction.

Enjoy the forum!

I think there's only me who thinks it was a sound conviction, others think it was Levi Bellfield.

Because Levi Bellifield's mo was to target lone female, blonde ladies and the Russell murders do not fall into this category and I believe Michael Stone was seen in the area before hand.

I concur with you on this one, Dhingra. Other than the DNA findings which you rightly question, Josie Russell's height discrepancy "evidence" alone between Bellfield (6'1") or other alleged tall attacker and Stone (5'7") is reason enough to have suspicion as to whether Stone's conviction was safe. There is no doubt that Stone is a dangerous individual, having been convicted on serious assault charges before, so I guess it's just a case of 'out of sight, out of mind' for the authorities.

BTW, did you ever find out if Bellfield received any of the £30,000 he was claiming in 2010/11 as a result of being attacked whilst in jail ?. At 6' tall and 18 stone he wasn't particularly adept at protecting himself; but of course his only opposition on the outside were four small defenceless young women.
