I sent the Alan Pike report now. It's pretty late. I did my best, sorry but I had to read my notes again to make sure I made no mistake.
Thank you Jacinta. This forum is good, full of people who think against you, forcing you to extreme rigour !

I don't know how to thank you for being so grateful.
There are boring part when they dictate their request one after the other in the terrible juridical language. That's when the journalists leave the court room and start writing their articles on their laptop. They're pretty busy, the one who works for 4 newspapers was next to me this morning and I saw him take notes, it seems he has some skill in Spanish because he was taking some notes in Portuguese !
The lawyers take notes, the judge too (a "well made head" as Montaigne would say). But they only take note of matter on which they will react.
According to what I understood the evidence gathered through testimonies will be analysed by the court and sorted out (all lines are defined and Isabel Duarte announces in the beginning which lines she will ask the witness to give evidence on). What's off topic will not be considered.
Marinho Pinto, the bastonário (head of the bar association), was supposed to testify to-day. He didn't appear.

Sorry for the delay in posting the first of yesterdays evidence Reports but as they are quite detailed I have sent it back to Portugal for a further revision check.  Will post the first one around breakfast time (UK)

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.

Thank you for the translation and court updates.

I have followed the case of the disappearance of Madeleine.  For all the song and dance routines of this case throughout the six years, here before  you are the true followers of the case, who merely discuss the FACTS, provide information.

No one incited riots or did dirty tricks.  Merely collated information, rather in the same way this forum UK Justice does. And anyone wanting valued information, including full translations of the closed file, are freely available, thanks to the dedicated people who have fought long and hard to discover Madeleine's whereabouts whether alive or dead.

It was others that gave ''us'' a bad name, made us out to be fools and heretics ..... for no other reason than seeking closure and resolve of what happened to Madeleine McCann age 4.

I'm so glad to hear from you, Meadow ! If I'm on this forum, it's thanks to you.. Well actually also thanks to Frencheuropean who told me where you were. As soon as I found you, finally after months and months wondering where you were, you disappeared... And I almost did the same, I thought I had no courage to resist to some posters' insults, I thought I wasn't born to hear that. But, and this was essential, I never felt alone and I learnt to appreciate counteropinions (?), up to a certain point, the bad faith one. I'm finishing reporting Mr Wright.
