Lt's try again.

Mitchell's words.

“There was no evidence of a break-in”

You do realize the implication of that , don't you ?

If the window and shutters had been altered, it would have been evidence.

Mitchell knows it never happened.

taking things out of context...there was no damage to indicate a break in

Absolutely not.

Just truth.

It is quite remarkable that every time some information does't support the 'abduction' it's out of context. 8)--))

IIRC - if you read Jane Tanners' rog. statement - the interviewing officer asks her to refer to the patio door as the 'poolside door' and the other door as the 'carpark door' - in order to avoid a repetition of previous confusion over which door was which.

Whose previous confusion? The statement given was the front door was lying open. Anyone who thnks patio doors are "the front door" must be a bit thick to begn with.

Speaking to RTE's 'Prime Time', Clarence Mitchell said she could "easily" have been kidnapped by an abductor who did not leave the trail of a break-in

doesn't quite sound the same in that contexr

Mitchell knew the truth, and that wasn't abduction.

I thought it was the contention that it was all pre-planned?   The open shutters and window being their proof of an intruder?

IMO There was no need for them to do any of that.   They could have simply gone to bed and claimed that Madeleine had been abducted during the night.

Or they could have made a few scuff marks on the cill, or wall, and done some damage to the shutters.

IMO you have to believe the McCanns were both as thick as two planks to do what people claim they did.

Or panicked into a course of actions the outcomes of which at that time could not be determined.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

Can you give a credible reason why the McCanns would deliberately lie to their friends and relatives - when they knew their lies would be exposed within hours.

Apart from proving to the PJ that they were liars, what did they have to gain by that?

I never said they lied. I said the media were given false information. I don't know why, but I know it came from their friends and family who reported that it came from the McCanns.

In the early days most people seemed to regard the patio door as the front door, so I am afraid that you are wrong.

After I had been on here for a short time I realsied the confusion and put out an impassioned plea that people got it right.

[I had been there and knew which was the front door. ]

Then people started getting it right.

I absolutely accept that false information was given to the media by the family..as a result of a genuine mistake

False information from family and friends;

The shutters were broken, smashed, forced or jemmied.(Jon Corner, Brian Healy, Jill Renwick, Trish Cameron)

The apartment was locked. (Jon Corner, Philomena McCann, Trish Cameron)

The police were not doing enough (Jon Corner, Jill Renwick)

What a lot of mistakes.

Yo have to remember, that according to mccann supporters, most things are taken out of context, unless of course it suits the mccanns.

Things that support The McCanns don't have to be taken out of context.

You clearly think this unlikely, so please explain what you think actually happened and why.
