They HAD to agree, theyhad NO CHOICE as arguidos..,pls dont try and make it sound like they wanted  to take part, that is a LIE on YOUR part, they hated the idea and their hatred of it is documented on many videos...they complained about the request, they said people should unserstand what they have been through already, goingback would be awful,  they didnt think  it would do anything good,yes they agreed to it because they had NO CHOICE not because they CHOSE TO theydidnt WANT to go back so stop pushing the lie...they were positively AGAINST IT, no stone unturned hey? I notice it says the main damage was caused TO the McCanns, not by them.   The AG obviously did not hold them responsible for the non-reconstruction and attached no blame to them.  A point which he must have taken into consideration when making his final decision which he made 'after considering all the foregoing' - (the ''foregoing' which included the remarks about the non-reconstruction) - and stated that it was apparent they played no part in the disappearance of their daughter - and gave all the reasons why.
