Angelo 222. No strong views but plenty of observations! So I will chuck a few pebbles in the pond as a starter
A little girl went on holiday not to return home. Either a dreadful as yet undiscovered accident befell her or a crime was committed against her. Thus far it has not been possible to prove which although the investigators would seem to favour a "balance of probability theory" based on their not inconsiderable experience.
Why must the so called "Tapas 7" be anything other than what they appear to be at face value? In my book that is a typical group of slightly naive British tourists suddenly out of their depth in a foreign country where they were familiar with neither the language nor the culture.Prepared to do and say just about anything to cover their own backs in order to get home and never go back.
I have never met 7 people who I would trust enough to help me cover up anything serious have you?
It is always easy to weave a conspiracy theory around random occurrences after the event.
With the amount of publicity given to the fund and its value it would have been a magnet to those with an eye to the main chance.
There are plenty of legs left in this tragedy.
My late father once said "there are ways of telling the truth to your own advantage so that you don't have to lie"!
