Hi all...
« on: January 09, 2014, 02:22:49 PM »
I am new here and just wish to introduce myself and say hello. I am a writer and wish to write a book about Jeremy Bamber so am currently trying to gather as much information about the case and the man himself as I possibly can. I have contacted Jeremy directly to ask for his personal input and am currently awaiting his reply. I will be completely honest and say that I have also joined the 'blue' forum as I wish to look at both sides of the story, although in all honesty I genuinely believe Jeremy to be innocent. I look forward to speaking to you all :)

Welcome to the forum Raven.  I know he is 99.99% guilty.  I look forward to being persuaded otherwise.

Thank you for the welcome John. I don't think for a moment that I could convince you of Jeremy's innocence. I have read a great deal of this forum as a guest over the past few weeks and am all too aware of your feelings towards the case. :) I simply wish to discover more about the man himself and would welcome any assistance from anyone who knows him or has spent time with him.

Welcome Raven  ?{)(**

Its not really a case of Blue innocent and Red guilty  @)(++(*  I firmly believe Jeremy is innocent and a number of regular posters on Blue hold opposing views.

It would be good to know more about Jeremy as a person.  As far as I can see he seems a nice straightforward genuine guy but I have to accept that apart from exchanging a few letters and putting my own interpretation on info in the public domain I might be wrong, perhaps he is a cold blooded killer.

I have often thought that the defence should have delved more into Jeremy's background in preparation for the trial to paint a picture for the jury.  It would be good to hear from his school teachers, peers at school and college, former employers and work colleagues, girlfriends, inmates and prison staff etc.

Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

Hi Holly, I couldn't agree more and fully intend to speak to everyone I can...including Jeremy himself if he will allow it.

Wise words, Andy!! He's not exactly famous for his loyalty!

Hallo, Raven, a very warm welcome and good luck with your book. Probably the person who knows him best is Jackie (jackiepreece) - I think she's been busy of late, but you could try sending her a pm.

Former girlfriend Jackie Lynch is also a member here so she will be able to help you lots.

Thank you for your help. I will try to make contact both women. And thanks also for your warning regarding Jeremy's loyalty, but I'm not too worried about being seduced by the "Bamber spell"  8)--))

Raven I just thought I would let you know that JB is contactable via the prison email service.  I understand it's quite an efficient way of communicating although I have no personal experience.  I recall NGB (on Blue) once posted up about it so I'm sure if you pm him he will let you know how it works.

Hi Raven

I have sent you a pm to let you know that a couple of posts have been put up for you as it appears Blue is your spiritual home  ?{)(**

I was just wondering why you had decided to write about Jeremy and not his adopted sister, Sheila Caffell?  There seems to me to be as much rumour and myth surrounding Sheila as there does Jeremy.  Eg that she was a successful model, had an outstanding drug debt of 40k, was promiscuous and an air head.  None of which I believe to be true.  It seems other than her husband, who was unable to reconcile Sheila with harming their sons, no one knew her.

Sadly it seems we hear more and more about infanticide and the parent committing suicide but statistically it seems rare to have a case involving infanticide, parenticide and the parent of the infants committing suicide having murdered all which is what you believe happened?

I guess the fact that if you believe Jeremy innocent, as I do, he is also the longest running MoJ and this adds another dimension in terms of publishing/marketing/sales?  (I understand you will be donating any revenue to JB's campaign)
