Have The McCanns been arrested yet?  Or are you into Cover Up Theory?  That's a big IF if ever I saw one.

What I think of Drs McCann or even Dr Amaral is irrelevant to the point. Show me hard evidence of an abduction then I will believe it but speculation that becomes more and more whimsical in an attempt to support a predetermined theory don't cut in my book. We just disagree Eleanor leave it at that.

I am quite happy to disagree.  If you don't make snide posts about my theories.  My theories are no more iffy than yours.

Your posts are at best, laughable ! Changing nappies and spoon feeding !
If, and it's a big IF, it was a planned abduction then the female child with the least memory recall would
be Amelie, therefore less chance  of speaking out at  a later date !
Unless of course you believe Mitch and her paid underlings !!!

Mitch?  Are you referring to me?  I can't afford to pay anyone on my pension.

And who in their right mind would want to be absconding with a baby in nappies and attending problems?

From the day I joined this site my observation was that snide and insulting were de riguer. However you have a deal; I'll cut  the bad manners to you if you reciprocate. First one to break step is a daisy.

The list of mobile traffic (see first post of this thread) includes several items just after the alarm.
It is possible that one or more of those items may be staff (or guests) alerting others of the disappearance.
For example could be calls/txts by restaurant staff, staff on duty at evening creche, or staff at 24hr reception.
All of them would be aware by soon after 10pm IMO.
Maybe identifying those numbers will help SY to determine an exact time for the alarm?

Have you thought that maybe, Madeleine was selected?  She was chosen?  Now was it at Sagres beach that a man, a stranger was taking photographs?

Madeleine was from the same family, younger, easier to handle, less memories of being with her family...........

For example look at these three voice calls between various mobiles activating PDL masts (see 1st post of thread).
I couldnt trace any of those 6 numbers but PJ Porto presumably can.
One or more of these calls might be people alerting others of the alarm?
If so these calls by innocent people may be useful to help determine exact time of alarm?
22:08 (20 seconds long)
22:11 (23 seconds long)
22:14 (6 minutes and 38 seconds long)

The first staff to know about the alarm were staff at Tapas restuarant.
On seeing the rush from the table, and then shortly afterwards being told the reason for the alarm, it seems likely that a Tapas staff member might have use mobile phone to notify other staff?

Other staff to learn of the alarm soon after it happened include the 3 staff on duty at the creche.
Again it seems likely one of them might have immediatly used mobile phone to notify other staff/management?

Maybe the phone experts will match one or more of those possible calls/txts, with items in the mobile traffic list (see first post of this thread)? Might help determine time of alarm more precisely than currently?

The only part of Sadie's theory I agree with is where she suggests the apartment was being watched.  Of course it was being watched...it isn't rocket science.
De troothe has the annoying habit of coming to the surface just when you least expect it!!

Thankyou to those who have posted relevant comments.
For others not finding mobile to mobile calls at 10pm interesting enough, my apologies, I try to make next thread more interesting (maybe a look at redaction of phone numbers).

Thanks for sharing the mobile records. What other times have you got?
Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

Complete list of all Mobile to Mobile Phone Traffic 9:45pm to 10:15pm where both mobiles are activating PDL masts.
This list was compiled by the original PJ investigation specifically to target the time of the discovery and the Smith sighting. I blanked the last two digits of each mobile number.

Do you have a link to the PJ files page please?

Members are warned that posting that someone is a 'liar' is contrary to forum rules unless it is 100% confirmed as fact.  Please rephrase such comments in terms which are more acceptable.

As an example Kate stated in her initial statement that she slept in the children bedroom one night because Gerry was snoring.  In a later statement however she thought better of this and stated that it was because he had ignored her at the tapas.  She lied in her first statement but it is kinder to say she was economical with the truth.

In another example Gerry claims that he entered the apartment on the Thursday afternoon via the locked front door and after entering the apartment he unlocked the patio door and let Kate and the children in.  Kate for her part claims that they all entered via the locked front door.  Did they lie or was one of them simply mistaken?

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

I realise that you are enjoying smacking me around, but Pegasus has produced a serious topic here.
Once again, I will try and bring the thread back on track.  May i suggest that the first page is reread by any interested parties.  Pegasus has provided a lot of information

I did trace a few of the numbers but unfortunately lost the detailed notes in a computercrash but IIRC:
1. There are no T9 numbers here.
2. IIRC at least one UK employee to UK employee item here (some UK employees have Portuguese SIM cards).
3. Re the 4 minute call beginning at 21:52 IIRC it was possible to trace one of the numbers (for 2008 anyway).
4. Re txts at 22:07 22:09 22:10 IIRC possible to trace one number.
IMO all innocent people, just thought people might like to see the type of records SY are now reexamining.
