I was against guests - until I thought about 'Grahame' I love his postings. I am undecided.

I think they should be banned, if people want to post here let them register for an account.

The ones that come as guests are trolls, and that isnt what we want.

We dont to put off good posters from registering and we dont want to loose our good posters down to trolls. It will be to the detriment of the forum if we allow them to stay.

There, thats how i feel!  8(0(*

yes, its unavoidable when guests can post, if people want to post then they should register.

We dont know who's who, when guests are posting. people get accused of being someone else etc, stop the guests and it will end the biggest part of the problem. Thats only my opinion, see how the vote goes!!

Doesnt look like the members want it stopping, so...thats me told!!  ?{)(**

only me

I'd miss Lord and LadyC!!

They can always register as long as they don't pretend to be Kevin Craigie. I have had quite enough of that saga for the time being. Steph says he has been lifted so I must check this out with my old muckers down the Met.

I do hope Lord and Lady C stay with us as their muses have become a part of daily life here and have raised many a low mood over the last few months.

I'm getting sick now of trawling through endless crap about other forums that I'm not on, things that are not relevent to the thread they're in and don't add anything to the conversation and guests moving between forums adding to the rubbish, it's like gatecrashing someone's party on a lot of threads now, it's like they all know each other and are talking about something not linked to anything about nothing.
I really only want to look at relevent things for that thread and if the people want to go off on a tangent, why can't they start the relevent thread for that or have a seperate board for it.
