The Entwhistle case need not have been a cause for debate it the forensic pathologist had done his job properly.
They failed to notice that Rachel Entwhistle had been shot in the head. It was only revealed by x-ray. It alsoi became apparent that Rachel was shot FIRST. This would not only have killed her instantly, but would have obviously ruled her out of shooting baby Lilly. Entwhistle's defense that Rachel had shot the herself and the baby would have been seen for what it was; a complete lie made up by a narcissistic, self-centred coward.
