Interesting you think Dewani is guilty - I tend to agree. Im not sure they are going to order him to go to South Africa though anytime soon. His depression is better but hes got PTSD. I have no sympathy for him and am certain that there is no conspiracy to protect South Africa's tourist industry as suggested in some quarters
Im also not sure what is going to happen in the Grand Chamber on Bamber. The European Court is quite
unpredictable and liberal at times. He could well win. Did you see that the Court of Appeal yesterday reaffirmed the principle of whole life tarrifs, delberately just ahead of the Grand Chamber hearing?
I find his lamenting in that blog to be rather disturbing. I get the impression that the chickens have come home to roost at last. He will have two court decisions over two consecutive days on the 28th and 29th November, both decisions have the potential to be life changing and he knows it. If they both fail he knows that he will not get the chance again for a very long time.
That will be two interesting days. I will be shocked if Bamber doesn't fail miserably as usual! Then on 3rd December hopefully the courts will finally send Shrien Dewani to South Africa to stand trial ... poor lad claims he is too depressed to stand trial. Awwwwww shame! I imagine most killers who get caught feel a little depressed ... do the right thing courts!
