it's interesting to see that poulton thinks that doorstepping people is quite acceptable

Is it ?
I suppose we will just have to wait and see.
Well Brenda's death certainly seems to have been the motivation behind the video, plus she promises to doorstep various individuals  and reveal the real names of anonymous McCann supporters, so what do you think?

I have no idea - I know nothing about her, nor particularly do I want to.
I wait to see what she has to say, but in the meantime, no doubt I shall have to endure months of increasingly vitriolic criticisms of her and her work.
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.
I gather the facts, examine the clues... and before   you know it, the case is solved!"

Or maybe not -

We have had to endure 7 years of vitriolic attacks against the mccannns....many from Brenda herself...so there you are

Like Brunt in the employ of Sky ???

After Leyland's treatment, some might say that certain people will get a taste of their own medicine.

its called hypocrisy...criticise Brunt then doorstep others...perhaps hypocrisy is the wrong word...stupidity might be better.
By doorstepping others she legitimises Brunt's actions....that's fine by me

I merely reversed what had happened Brenda Leyland.

How would the dossier compilers like a taste of their own medicine ?

I remember when bennett challenged jayelles to an open 'debate' and was refused.

It would seem that certain parties are happy to expose other peoples I.D.'s. but prefer the cloak  of anonymity themselves.

Now that dave is the real hypocrisy.

So if you were door stepped by her, is that perfectly acceptable and legal as well ?

A recent tweet from SP.

"Sonia Poulton ‏@SoniaPoulton 43 minutes ago - I'm getting some serious support. Since I released that video I have been contacted by number of MSM people."

I await the howls of derision.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

I expect lots of journos are following everything she says Faith because she already tweeted she wants to get it into a court. Journos love drama.

I expect so Lyall though if the churnalists are following her intently I'm sure CR are following her progress more closely still.

I'm assuming she works freelance, so  is likely to be very careful about what she says.
The question is whether she will be intimidated by the likes of CR

The anger in her October video is clearly genuine, so I wouldn't be as cynical as you are about her motivation. But anger could make the end product worse than doing nothing. We'll see.

If her anger was genuinely felt I think it it could lead to be an extreme example of an unprofessional product and as you say, could be worse than doing nothing.

Anyway, what moral compass is she exhibiting when she uses the death of a woman who was 'doorstepped' while announcing proudly that she uses the 'doorstepping' tactic herself.

She alleges anger because the woman was in her opinion 'outed' but cannot see the hypocrisy of herself 'outing' someone else imo to enable attacks by trolls, what other possible reason could she have?
If that person is later found dead ... will she feel a responsibility?

Her proudly proclaimed attitude probably gives me an excuse for cynicism.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....
