Red Swiss Army knife:

A Swiss Army knife was found in the basement room where JonBenet's body was found.

Many rock climers use these.

Two White blanket:

The blanket wrapped around JonBenet's body had been left in the dryer.
There was still a Barbie Doll nightgown clinging to the blanket, so it had to have come out of the dryer recently, And the killer look into the dryer.

Taser Model 34000

No other handheld electronic gadget has caused more controversy in the past couple of decades than the taser. Introduced as a nonlethal means of subduing riffraff by shocking the sensory and motor nerves, the taser has led to serious injury and even death in some instances.
It's mainly used by the military and law enforcement — and that's a good thing.

Was it a taser or some thing else?

Teddy Bear

On January 28, 1999 DA Alex Hunter issued a press release, launching a nationwide search for the origins of a stuffed white bear in a Santa suit.
He asked for the public's help "in identifying the manufacturer of, and/or retail outlets that sold, in 1996 or earlier, a toy teddy bear dressed in a rather unusual Santa Claus suit."

Travel speed:

Travel Distance: 60.00 miles in one hour at a speed of 60mph.

Crime time set at 1:00am = call by killer 9:00am = 8 hours head start. 8 X 60= 480 mile from crime scean if travling on a highway. 480 mile from Boulder CO.

Moderate to Brisk Walk: If the killer was walking at a determined to swift pace and breathing noticeably, use 4 miles per hour. 4 X 8= less than 32 miles from crime scean.

A human being traveling on a bicycle at low to medium speeds of around 10–15 mph. 15 X 8= less than 120 miles from crime scean.

Van distance = 480 miles max.
Walking = 32 miles max.
Bikeing = 120 miles max.

The numbers are set to the hightest numbers but the performance will be much less.

The path travel will effect the true time, speed and distance.

The killer left the note, JB was not take from the home, and the call in times was set for the killer plans. Why leave this note under these conditions.

The ransom note warned the couple not to contact the police but to await a phone call between 8 and 10 that morning.

Ramsey's Basement Lighting:

The incandescent light bulb, incandescent lamp or incandescent light globe makes light by heating a metal filament wire to a high temperature until it glows.

The basement had lights of 150 watt spot lite type. This down facing beam will case the lite in a circle on the floor. The basement ceiling height is app. 8 ft. tall. the floor covering was Berber carpet and will not reflect the lite as a hard surface.

Reflector, Reflective coating inside the bulb directs light forward. Flood types spread light. Spot types concentrate the light. Reflector bulbs put approximately double the amount of light (foot-candles) on the front central area as General Service of same wattage.

Power = 150w

2,850 output

19.0 efficacy

A lumen is a unit of measurement that is used to express how much illumination a source of light provides.

The color of the lite is 3200 K
Green in color compare to a day lite bulb with is 5600 K Blue in color like daylight at noon.

The two basement near the crime scene will not light the wine cellar to the level need to see well. Then foundation and fire place at this location will block this lite as well. JB body was place in this dark areas and could be easy miss when view at the door way. The two bulb fluorescent in the cellar was not turn on because of the low level location of the lite switch.

“Footcandles” and “lux” are units that indicate the
density of light that falls on a surface. This is what light
meters measure. For example, average indoor lighting
ranges from 100 to 1,000 lux, and average outdoor
sunlight is about 50,000 lux.

Our test equipment here at JBI works with Footcandle. The meter is used to measure
“illuminance.” It is the only measuring instrument that you need for most applied lighting efficiency work.

The spot make a small pattern on the floor. This lite was installed in the long hall way away from the wine cellar door.

The Ramsey's Basement in Boulder CO USA

The Basement:
Most standard building specifications call for 12 courses of concrete block in a basement. Each course of block is 8” tall (That is 7 3/8” block and a 5/8” mortar joint.) and multiplies that by 12 courses and you have a wall that measures 8’.
The basement floor slab is 4 inches thick, this is pored on the footing and is use to support the pressure of the soil load at the bottom. Older home have less blocks like the Ramsey home.
11 blocks = 88 inches less the floor = 84" typ.
Note: The wood panel basement cellar door is 6ft 8 inches high. The hook is at the top left and the door swing to the right Left handed.
Why is this importance?
ceiling height
chair height
child height
cord length

At The property of the Ramsey's home.

After the 1996 Christmas holiday, there was a large deep capital M carved in a large tree at the Ramsay home.
We wonder why and what, did this mean.
Was this a clue, or just some on doing this just for fun.

The killer printed in the ransom note that he would monitor the family.

If the killer wanted to look into JB bed room at night and not be seen, then the best view for this is the South / West corner of the property. This is in a back alley that is very dark. Easy to hide and not be seen. The view is in line with JB bed. Her bed room is on the second level away from any other in the family. The killer view could even be better if he watch from the high in line spot next to a fence in line with here bed room window.

Here is the elevations of the property starting at the front right side as -0- ft bench mark and the grade get higher as we walk toward the back corner of the property. The wood fence will make for a good cover.

755 15Th st Boulder CO.

Property elev.

Lots:

Front of house 15 Th street
NE corner Grade set at 0. As bench mark.
SE corner Grade set at +6ft-0" from bench mark.
NW corner Grade set at +9ft-0" from bench mark.
SW corner Grade set at +13ft-0" from bench mark.

JB south view into bedroom windows grade at property line +11ft-0" (Clear view into JB bed room lever with bed.

Grade at corner of 15Th and Cascade Ave -12ft-0' lower than bench mark.

Grade at corner of 15Th street and Baseline rd.
+21ft-0" above the bench mark on 15Th street.

Grade in line with 755 15Th street on 16Th street -19ft-0" lower than bench mark.

grade in line with 755 15Th street on 14Th street +19-0" above the bench mark.

The killer could easy look into JB room at eye lever before entering the home. The south side Elva. of the home has full view of all of the bed rooms. Easy to keep track of the life style and times.

Note the drive way side is higher than the front of the house.

The SW corner is the highest at 13 ft. above the front NE corner of the lot at the bench mark.

The sun room is located on the SE corner of the home.

Complete drawing and elevation are filed.
