Conclusions
The results from each test show that all vendors satisfied the length scale specification as written in the ABFO No. 2 technical note. 11 The measurements of internal and external circle diameters and center-to-center distance demonstrated a lack of adherence to specifications. However, it should be noted that results for each vendor were consistent. The testing for perpendicularity of the two legs showed that more than half of the rulers tested were off from the ABFO No. 2 specification. 12 Furthermore, there was little consistency between rulers of the same vendor. The four-year revisit showed minimal changes in length scale, internal and external circle diameters, and center-to-center distance. Perpendicularity, on the other hand, showed significant change. The surveillance testing at the end of 2011 provided results similar to those produced previously. Also, the effect of bending on length scale was found to be negligible.

Lab Testing:
The distance of contact of the two probs on the skin can measure diffent dimanence base on how the probs make contact.
Sample one:
Place to skin at 90 d = distance mesure the same as on the stun gun.
Sample two:
First prob make contact to skin, then then the stun gun move forward before the other prob make contact with skin, the skin between the two probs bunch up. After the shock, the porbles are lifted and the skin go back to the uncompress state, the distance is larger than the distance of the probles of the stun gun.
You can not go by any marks on the skin that have a greater or lesser distance and say it did not match the probles of the tested stun gun.
Each time the skin is charge, how the stun gun come into contact with the skin will be diffent.
With the scale problems and the angle of the photos taken by Boulder police, the marks on Jonbenet would match the stun gun tested.

Background

The stun gun is a tool that is an incapacitating weapon that momentarily disables either a beast or a person with an electric shock. It is design to and emits energy in an aimed or contacted direction without projectile.

Other electroshock weapons such as stun guns, stun batons, animal probes and dust print lifter administer an electric shock by direct contact. These types could have been used at the crime scene. These tools will use some type of power supply and a 120 volt outlet was located on the right side just inside the wine cellar door way. Batteries or house current.
One brand tested was the Taser, with cartridge removed, making an electric arc between its two electrodes. Burn marks on JonBenet body show this type of stun gun between the two probs.
Our lab tests show us that electroshock weapon technology uses a temporary high-voltage, low-current electrical discharge to override the body's muscle-triggering mechanisms. The recipient is immobilized via two metal probes connected via wires to the electroshock device. The recipient feels pain, and can be momentarily paralyzed while an electric current is being applied. Our lab testing has shown us that applying electroshock devices to more sensitive parts of the body is even more painful. The maximum effective areas for stun gun usage are upper shoulder, below the rib cage, and the upper hip. High voltages are used, but because most devices use a non-lethal current, death does not usually occur. The resulting "shock" is caused by muscles twitching uncontrollably, appearing as muscle spasms. JonBenet had marks on her head, Temple and Jaw hinges area.

JonBent body show us burns marks. Because there was no automatic stop on older model Taser guns, many killers have used it repeatedly or for a prolonged period of time, thus potentially contributing to suspects’ injuries or death. The current X26 model automatically stops five seconds after the trigger is depressed and then the trigger must be depressed again to send another "shock". The trigger can be held down continuously for a longer shock or the device can be switched off before the full five seconds have elapsed.

The distance between the probes has measurement by design. When the probes make contact with the skin at a 90 d angle to the skin and a charge is applied, mark are left on the surface of the skin. The measurement are the same as the distance of the probes on the stun gun. This can be photo with a crime scene scale.

Test Two:

Some time the crime scene photos show a wider or lesser distance between the probes marks, compared to the tested stun gun marks, why?

When the stun gun has a forward movement to the skin, probe one make contact first, this would be the inside or closes to the person holding the tool. As the forward movement continual, the skin bunches up and then probe two make contact. The skin is charge and when the probes are lifted from the skin, the skin uncompressed and the measured distant will be large that the tool itself.

Test Three:

The probes are closer on the test tool than the marks in the crime scene photos, why?
When the movement of the stun gun is moving in toward the person that is controlling the tool, then probe one make contact first. This is the farthest probe from the person holding the tool. This contact stretches the skin before the contact of probe two make contact. Shock is applied and then lifted from skin. The stretch skin relaxes from the stretch position and the mark are shown closer than the tested stun gun or crime scene photos.

The movement of the stun gun and the order of the contact of the probes will cause the distance between the left marks to measure different distances.

The stun gun tested matches the crime scene official photos.

Stun Gun

The killer kept one of the probs off the skin to cause a electral ark. This will cause one of the charge probes to burn the skin as shown in the crime scene photos. This is common with many killers that use a stun gun in their crimes.

The ark moves around the probe to the skin to make a complete electrcal circuit.

The killer know to have one probe on the skin first and try to hold the other probe off the skin for max damage. This is why the marks left on the skin are of many sizes an distances. The higher the angle, the closer the are marks left.

Any forward motion of the stun gun will strecth or compress the skin at contact causing the distance between the mark to measure differently that the stun gun probes itself.

The killer Profile tell us how the cords was uses.
JonBenet was tied up to a chair in the basement. She had cords tied tight to the chair legs and chair back rail that was tied tight to her wast and legs.
He painted her for his trofee of his crime that night. In her Pink night goung. She was undress and redress that night.

At one point she put on the floor and was tied up on her knees with one cord going past her belly to the neck. This put her sholders on the floor and her but high in the air. Her hands tied behind her back and the long uses of cord goes to the back side across her legs at the back side of her knees. If she tried to pull away from this position, the cord around her knees would pull on the center cord that goes to her neck and pulled the skip knot around her neck tighter, the more she tries to pull away and move out of this tight position.

The slip knots around her hands are kept loose, easy on and easy off. The added loop on the hand cord was used to connect the center cord paint stick end to her neck. That was the end that was tied to the broken paint stick. This cord was tied to the center of the stick. This is how it works. Paint stick throught loop, easy on and easy off. A wire tied in a knot was used as well as a small key chain size Carabiner with a pulley connected to it for the cords.
John Ramsey only had to pull lightly on the loose slip knots to get one off her hands, this was by design by the killer.

Now you know why the white cords was the lenght they were. 96 inches if you reattach them together. This will be the same lenght as a standard tent support cord.

Was a stun gun used on JonBenet?
"At the early time he could not say it was a stun gun marks"
Now with a Taser in his hand he said "It fit as exactly as you could expect, to the marks on JonBenet body." He then tested the stun gun on pigs.
The Taser matches the crime scene photos.
3.5 cm apart, the same.
He can now testify to this in court.

This point to an IDI because why would a family member need a stun gun to control JonBenet?

The killer has a good profile by what and how he perform the crime.

Info:

The 1/4-inch-wide Stansport cord - which comes packaged in lengths of 50 and 100 feet and often is used for camping or outdoor activities.

A single loop of white cord was around the right wrist, tied on top of the sleeve but so loosely the doctor easily slid it free. There were 15 1/2 inches between that loop and a loop on the other end, which once apparently had bound the left wrist. A white cord of the same type was wrapped so tightly around the throat and neck that a deep horizontal furrow had been dug into the skin. A gold chain and cross were tangled in that ligature, which was tied behind the neck to a broken stick. Blond hair was snared in the knot, and the coroner had to cut the hair in order to remove the cord, which was tied more like a noose than a twisting garrote. The broken paintbrush used as the garrote handle had Korea printed on it.

Boulder police were not train for this type of crime. They did the best that they could and this is still a cold case.$2,000,000.00 spent on their ideas and still have no killer. About 200 DNA test done and still no killer. This was said by some one close to the case, "They don't know what they don't know" Now tat was very well said by this person.

Many mistakes were perform by the police and their view about who did it wasted importance time to find the real killer. They turn down good help and today, Their Official statement is "WE WILL DO NOTHING" What's wrong with these people? Yes a IDI did it. The family was not involved.

We test items in a lab, the items don't lie, people do.

I will let you in on something, our lab may in time produce a led that may help solved this case.

The killer left many clues at the crime scene. He want the family to know.
Many of these clues have not been made public, this is common in this type of crime, so posters here will not have the full stories. It will look one sided.
Here is one for you. JonBenet had a drawing on here hand in red ink. JonBenet like her cat.
Look up a online picture or look in the many videos on line. The paint tote was in the hall way next to the wine cellar on the right side by the wine cellar wall next to the boiler heating system. look on the carpet to the left of the paint tote next to the wall and you will see a drawing of a cat with ears and a smile just like the one on JonBenet hand in Black ink.
It is about four inches round, ears and eyes and a smile. Look for it, when you see it, you will know one more part of the story.

Remember, JonBenet had a green strip of green paint on here chin. This paint was sourse to the tub in the tote next to the broken paint brush that the killer put back into the tote as a clue.

We will start with a profile.
The killer travels on Bus, Bike and on foot.(Hi-Tec hiking shoes imprint and Bike tire impression in snow in front yard.)
A small unlock room off the garage on the north side of the home had a service door that was heated and had a vent air duct to the inside of the house that could be used to monitor the family days or hours before the crime.(This was hidden from view from the neighbors and the Ramsey family. Crime scene photos will show the vent in the wall by the back stairs.)
A neighbor seen a white male walk up to this area just after the Ramsey family left for the Christmas dinner.(You could monitor the family plans from this small heater room through the air vent.)
The children had neighborhood friends over to play with the Christmas toys a video games, opening doors, coming and going with excitement.(All doors were not check to be lock by the family before they went to the party.(It was a small town, low crime rate and a safe upscale neighborhood.)
The killer enter the home, Boulder police found six windows and one door at ground level unlock.
The killer has lot of time to plan the preplan crime because he knows the family will be gone all night.
He take a family used note pad and prints the ransom note using his water base black Sharpie marker.(He has a art background and uses a ink safe for paper marker in his art work. This marker was out of production for many years and before the Ramsey's move to Boulder. The marker was track to a orange can under the kitchen phone that was used by the family to hold other pens.
He knows how police will work and said this in the ransom note. He is setting up the family by leaving in house clues.
The ransom note profile show us that because he is on foot, bike and bus, the ransom must go as he printed or it will not work.
His plan is to take JonBenet to the basement a instruct the family between 8 and 10 am the next day what to do.
The money will be drop off as instructed and the family will be told the JonBenet is in the home.
Now because he is working alone, and is monitoring the family from the basement for this crime to work, he must print in the ransom note many time, he will kill JonBenet if they call police and or not follow his direction to the letter. Its the only was his crime will work because he travel on foot and the plan was never to take JonBenet from the house.
He was never to take JonBenet from the house.
The note is place, he then remove JonBenet from her out of the way bedroom at the other end of the large house, down the steps to the basement.
Patsy see the three page ransom note, inform John and they called 911. Now right at this time, the killer plans the he travel far and preplan to the letter has gone wrong. He printed a three page note saying many time no to call police and the call was place.
The killer has seven minutes to leave the house, in anger, he pull the cord and hit JonBenet with a child size ball bat using the knob end as the crime scene picture match.(This bat was found by Boulder police and fiber on the match the basement crime scene. The bat was there.
He leave the basement and go out the butler side door to the alleyway.(This door was found open by Boulder police that morning.)
There was no way the killer would go to the back kitchen and try to locate the ransom note that that family had in there hands before he leave the house. He need to exit the house quickly.
This is a profile of how the killer was thinking.

The family put JonBenet to bed at around 10:00 pm on Christmas night as engrave on the grave stone. That was the last time they seen her alive.
She was molested before she was killed because her heart was beating to drawl blood in area of her body. The stun gun mark were red in color, must be alive to leave red marks. Damage to her eyes and around her eyes show she was alive. Blood in her panty show she was alive. The sliava on the duct tape shows she way alive under stress to have this. The duct tape was place after she was not moving. Marks to he body show she was a live st the time they were made. The damage to her head like the marks on her temple and jaw bone area, she was alive. The crack to the head, she was near death and the cord was tie in place, very little blood inside the head. The tie cord was in place.
Wood fiber found inside JonBenet match the wood in the paint stick as plant fibers. The tip of the broken paint brush was said not to be found by police. They spent 10 days in the house.
All of these actions did take place before the time of death.
The killer profile predict he travel on foot, bike and bus. His plans was never to take JonBenet from the house for this plan to work.
The ransom note would have to convince John that the family must follow the instruction to the letter of SHE will die. This was said many time in the ransom note because the completion of the crime depend on this. The note turn out to be 2 and 1/2 page to get this point across. Do not call the police and he was monitoring the police and the family. The note said JonBenet was removed from the house at that time. The killer would be inside the house to monitor the family as printed in the ransom note. This is the only place that he could monitor the family.
The killer would call from the basement phone to the house by using the phone company call back code that will ring the house phones then the instructions at between 8 and 10 am could be giving.
Profile predict the family will drop of the money and then the killer tell the family JonBenet was still home in her bed and dress as they left her when they return home after the ransom money was drop off. This is why the killer redress her that night.
At the time the family called 911, the crime was not to be completed. The killer is in the home, he travels on foot and he was never going to take JonBenet out of the house on foot anyway fro the preplan crime to work. He has a hicking background and a Hi-Tec shoe impression was found next to Jonbenet body in the wine cellar. They call and he hear this because he is in the basement monitoring the house. His preplan crime has failed. He is so mad he pulls the cord and knows he had seven minutes to leave the house and take the child black ball bat knob end and hit JonBenet in the head. The crime scene photo match the shape and size of the damage. The bat was found just out side the butler door and tested, it had the same fibers on it as the crime scene.
The killer exit the basement out the butler door, he first look down 15th street for a all clear, leaving the bat on the wall before traveling to the alley way to excape the scene. There was no snow in this part of the yard.
Time of death can not be predicted to the hour, this is why it is not official used as the exact time of death in crimes. Age, temperture, and condition will play in how the body will decay. She was found cold and still by her farther. The official coroner check her late that night. this is many house after the crime. They could predict a time of 12:00 midnight to 6:00 am, The family called 911 around that time. Time of death is at time of 911 call to police.
The killer must keep JonBenet quick in the basement, There are many ways the killer could have used to do this like giving her a treat. We do this all the time with children.
The killer left many clues at the crime scene as well as his mail DNA. This has been added to his profile. Family was not involved.

I talk to John about the pineapple this year.
He thought the pineapple may have been put there by the killer of JonBenet.
A white bowl was place off the glass table place mats used every day by the family. Odd.
Fresh cut pineapple was place in the bowl, full, more than a child treat, serving side. A silver serving spoon was place in this fruit. The large spoon would not be used to eat fresh cut pineapple, to big for any mouth. Every one that uses silver knows, do not place silver in a pineapple because it will tarnish the silver coating. The family know this. The spoon was stored in a box inside the china cabinet next to the back stairs. This was a wedding gift, now tarnish, was this a clue.
Next to the bowl was a cold stile drinking glass and in the glass with no handles was a used hot tea bag. We do not drink hot tea in a cold drinking cup. The placement of the cup show us the person that place the cup was right handed because the tea bag was pointing to the center of the glass table.
Now the ransom note was sign at the end with the letters S. B.T.C.
What could this stand for that was so importance to sign this on the ransom note. Clue.

C= Cup used to hold tea bag.
The family said these item was not there when they left for the Christmas party. All so he told us that Patsy like her tea hot a brewed not a tea bag place in a cup. He said the child did not like or drink tea, not even sweet tea. So who place the items on the glass table.

When a child is born and the baby start to cry, what does the mother do?
Instink, she feed the new born. The baby cant talk but she know, The baby stop crying.
Now with years of this action, feeding a baby into a child, both learn by pratice that if you want to quick a child, feed them food. It works, we all know this as well as a killer.
The killer needed Jonbenet to keep silent that night in the basement, a treat like fresh cut pineapple could not be rule out.
The killer may have given this to her about 20m minutes before she was killer just before the 911 call to police.
Some think that look like pineapple was found in her and on the glass kitchen table in the home.
