Grand Jury Report From 1999

A grand jury found what they though was complete evidence to indict the parents of  JonBenet Ramsey for child abuse and accessory to first-degree murder in the 6-year- old's death, newly unsealed documents revealed Friday 10-25-2013, nearly a decade  after DNA evidence cleared the couple.
The grand jury did not have the most   importance evidence of DNA found at the crime scene that links a unknown white male  to this crime.
This support what the family had said all a long.
The DA did not move the  indictment forward because the evidence could not be link to any one at that time.

One of John Ramsey's  attorneys, L. Lin Wood, said  the documents released  Friday are "nonsensical"  and the grand jurors didn't  have the benefit of having  the DNA results.
"The Ramsey family is  innocent," he said.
"That  part of the case, based on  the DNA evidence, is a  done deal."

The ransom note was bogus.

http://www.statementanalysis.com/ramseynote/

Our lab does not support that the ransom note was bogus. We will post a lot of information to support this.

The killer took 30 minutes to print the note before the crime and stated many time that he will kill Jonbenet if they called police.

The crime scene show us that he left at the time of the 911 call to police.

The killer was in the house in the finish basement at the time of the 911 call to police.

Our lab will post supporting files to support this information.

In 1991 the Ramsey move to Boulder Co USA. This was a move to expand John Ramsey company.
Patsy went out there first to find the perfit house. The house they found was a 1930s tutor side house. It was a three story home with a finish basement. The third level was not finish in the front part of the home by the past owners. The back addition to the house was also three levels and sat on a slab.

When the family got the house, they wanted to add some more bed rooms for their family. A master bedroom was plan on the third floor and this would include the addition to the back and the un finish front part of the 1930s house.

The owner before the Ramsey's had a elevator install right in the middle of the house. It was installed from the finish basement all the way to the third floor. John Ramsey told me that this elevator and shaft was right in the middle of all of the floors and it would have to go, there was no going around it. So they had the steel frame taken out of the house, this was the first floor, second floor and third floor, the cost to take out the shaft in the basement was to costly so they left it there in the basement and the shaft could be used as a storage room.

The elevator shaft in the basement had a steel door that would lock when it was close as a safety so some one could not open the door and get hurt when the elevator was above.

Patsy was lock inside this basement elevator shaft room one time when she went to the back of the L shape room.
The door had a spring pulley that would close the door when left open. If you was inside this room, you were lock in.

The morning of the crime:

Around 10:00 am John Ramsey went to the finish basement to check for any break ins. The basement had two windows that could be a enter point. As he travel through the basement he seen fresh pry marks to the newly paint trim around the door to the elevator shaft. This was new pry marks, they were not there before Christmas.

John said it looks as if the killer was looking for a place to hide, or hide something and went to the back of the long elevator shaft room and the door close and lock him in.

The killer would have to pry the steel door lock very hard to get the steel door to open. These marks was at the location of the door frame and the lock set.

He inform the police and it was noted. This information was not importance to the police because it did not support to a inside job. Their persons of interest.

The killer at one point got him self lock in the steel frame elevator shaft room in the Ramsey's finish basement.
This tell us that the killer did not know the house very well to get lock in this room, every one in the family knew about this self locking shaft and how not to get lock in.

Clues left by the killer.

In this crime like many crime scenes, the killer uses items found right out in the open sight taken from inside the Ramsey's house.

The note pad that was used for this ransom note was found on top of a back hall way counter. This note pad was used by the family for messages to each other and to make a weekly shopping list. They would buy these note pads in a stack and even the house keeper took some of these note pads to her home for her use.

There is a lot of information our lab can post about the note pad and the Sharpe marker, it's location and how it was used by the killer to print the three page ransom note.

My next set of posts will cover these items in great detail.

Yes, that's right.

I've always wondered if Burke was big and strong enough to do it, and the Ramseys covered for him because they didn't want to lose another child. And I remember that the unbroken cobweb in the window was very important.

Didn't the killer also make Jon Benet a bowl of pineapple to eat?

John Ramsey told me this was a large bowl of pineapple and their family would not use a large white bowl to eat pineapple. The real silver spoon was to big for a person mouth, this was a serving spoon. The drinking cup was not design for hot tea and it had no handle.

The three page ransom note ended with the letters (S.B.T.C.)
This was a clue to who the killer was for the family to know.

A clue left by the killer.

In the every day dining room was a glass kitchen table, this was not the formal dinner table located in the room next to this room. This glass table had place mats for each setting. The family knew how to use these place mats by keeping their plates on them when eating.

The morning of the crime, Boulder police took crime scene photos of every room. At a latter time, the photo was look at for pineapple. This is because tests have shown that maybe JonBenet eat some thing that look like vegetable or maybe pineapple just before she was killed.

Crime scene photo shows a bowl of pineapple on the glass table, next to this was a tea bag in a glass drinking cup.

Boulder police ask did any one feed JonBenet that night?

Was this a clue left out by the killer?

S.B.T.C. was printed at the end of the note. What does it stand for?

Our lab's profile:

S. = Silver spoon place in a white bowl of fresh cut pineapple. Note, silver will tarnish in fruit. The real silver spoon was keep in a box and it was a gift to the Ramsey's and this was a very large serving spoon, not one that could fit in a mouth.

B. = Bowl, a large white bowl was full of fresh pineapple that the family did not know how it got there on the table.

T. = Tea bag, was found in a glass cup next to the bowl of pineapple.

C. = Cup was a clear glass drinking cup and in side this cup was a used tea bag. I ask John Ramsey if they drank tea this way and he said no. JonBenet and her brother did not like or drink tea. Patsy would not drink this from a bag in a cup. it had to be heated in a pan first then poured into a tea cup, not a clear drinking cup with out any handles. So you would get burnt.

The family does not know how these items become place on their kitchen table. The cup and the bowl was place on the glass part of the table and not the place mat as the family would do.

S. = Spoon
B. = Bowl
T. = Tea bag
C. = Cup

Was this what the killer of JonBenet wanted the family to know? A clue left by the killer.

The location of these items could be seen from the side yard and this location is importance to this crime.

There is more to this profile and I will post it soon.

Using the crime scene information and the many interviews from the start. Burke has been rule out as the killer of Jonbenet. There is a long list to support this.

From our lab, Burke did not kill Jonbenet and the Boulder police rule him out 100%.

We do not support the idea that the killer enter the Ramsey's house from the three panel basement window. The other basement window that was in a bathroom was lock and not damage. The old damage to the unlock window was made by John Ramsey that summer when he got lock of the house and had to break in. The window glass was clean up then and the crime scene shows us that there was no new glass on the floor when the police check out the basement.
This window was left open and unlock because the train room as it was called got to hot in the winter so they crack this window open when the children play with the train set with friends.

The old web would make it had to enter or exit this basement window by the killer and we do not support this window as used in this crime.

We have other locations that the killer used to enter the Ramsey's house.

The heating system was next to this room and the hot pipes in the ceiling made this room to hot most of the time.
