Rapid DNA Testing:

Samples can be upload to CODIS
Three steps
Rapid DNA Instrument to CODIS Rapid Workshop to CODIS Server (CODIS 7.x)
This is what is next in the USA.

Rapid DNA Testing:

We just order a new fingerprint work table, DNA can be taken from fingerprint oils that is the skin cell found in many fingerprints.

Kitchen back door:

Boulder police said to the public that there was no signs of a break in.
Seven Windows and a door was found unlock at ground level that next morning.
The service door next to the kitchen was freshly paint that year. The brass hardware was never reinstalled, that is the door catch plate on the door frame.
Boulder police found what they seen as new damage to the door frame and a mission catch plate. They ask the family about this and John said it was taken off and never replace.
STOP!!!!
If the brass catch plate is not install, the service can be easily open with out a key. No damage to enter the house. This lock door can be open with a card, Its they easy and that simple.
The safety pin will not lock the door from easily being open with just a card.

The killer profile on exit:

The killer took JonBenet to the basement and then place her in the cold wine cellar.
Two white blankets was used by the killer to cover JonBenet with out covering her head of feet.
At the time the killer left the basement, he would of use the basement steps to the hall way that leads to the Butler kitchen, down a few step to a glass door that exit to the side yard. This is called the butler kitchen door. The room was built on to the hoise and was out of view from the rest of the house. This make a great place to exit and not be seen.

Note:

Boulder police found this door in a open position and unlock that morning. This was so importance that it was noted in the official report.
The side yard exit to the dark alleyway.

Sharpie Markers:

Boulder police said to the public that PATSY marker was used to write the ransom note.
So I ask John Ramsey "How did Boulder police know that the Sharpie marker was Patsy?
John told me, "I dint know how they decided that it was Patsy marker"
I ask John Did it have her name on it? He said "No"
Was these out in the open markers and pens used just by patsy?
No, they are used by every one.

WHAT WAS BOULDER POLICE THINKING.

The killer left one of two Sharpie marker in a orange can under the kitchen phone.
This water base ink was out of production for many years, before the Ramsey's move to Boulder.
The ink was tested and source to this out of production marker. Artie's use water base markers for their art work because this water base ink will not hurt the paper.

Profile: the killer has a art background.

This was not Patsy markers but a place for the family pens located under the kitchen phone.
Boulder Police, What was you thinking?

A neighbor seen lights coming from the kitchen area and he had never seen this type of light before around midnight.

The neighbor was located on the north side of the Ramsey's house.
The basement light switch was located near the kitchen hall way and not inside the basement steps area were most basement light switches are installed.

The two light switches was in a double box and one of the switch was what is called a three way switch. This three way switch connects to the butlet celling can stile lights. If the killer was trying to turn on the basement lights, he may not know witch switch to turn on so the light in this area will flash as the neighbor reported to police. This was so importance that it was noted in the official police report.

POINT OF INTEREST:

The ransom note printed that the family will be monitored.
The killer seam to know the patterns and inside information about the family.
To monitor the family the killer must have a location that would give him the information that he need to complete this crime. His preplanned of the crime and the items he will used may be seen for one special location.

Items and locations:

Just inside the kitchen window was a orange can, in this can was some family used pens. This can was located under the kitchen wall phone that Patsy used to call 911 that morning. At night, the can of pens could be seen from outside the kitchen window because this are was well lighted by a plug in night light. The killer could seen this can and if any one was to used the kitchen wall phone in the dark.

Pineapple and a Tea cup was found on the kitchen glass table. Large glass window located in this area this allow the killer to monitor and view this table from the out side side Yard.
The note pad used to write the ransom note was on a counter in the back hall way. This hall way had a service door with a glass window the any one could view the note pad from the side yard. The note pad was used by the family and friends.
The window well located by the back kitchen door could be seen and monitored from the side yard yard. This basement window had a broken glass the the farther said he did that summer. The window was found open and unlock.

The location of the three page ransom note on the back steps could be seen from the outside through the kitchen service door. This door had a large window installed.
The killer used a water base sharpie marker and left one of two markers in the well lit orange can under the phone, this can and the marker could be vied form the side yard.
JonBenet bed room was located next to the kitchen door on the second level. The side yard had a eye level view of her bed and bedroom.

The POINT OF INTEREST is the side yard. The grade is higher at this location and would make the best place to preplanned this crime and monitor the family before and after the crime.
We uploaded a 1996 drawing on this location at on of the Facebook web sites.
The location is 44 feet from the back alleyway or 20 feet from the back walls of the houses on 15Th street.
Full details on listed on the lab drawing.

Ransom note and property at 749 15Th street.:

The house was from the 1930s and a addition was added to the back.
The front property length on 15Th street was 93 feet long and the grade went up 5 feet slope.
The back alleyway was 15 feet wide and the property slope up 5 feet to the South too.
From front to back property line at 125 feet deep, the grade slope up 5 feet ant bout ends.
From the property line corner at the front North side, that is the right side looking at the house to the back left side or South/West side, the garage slopes up 15 feet.
This mean, if some one was to monitor the house from the side yard, they could look eye level into JonBenet bedroom at bed height. They could watch and see every thing that goes on in her bedroom.

By the kitchen phone, there was a bright night light, this would shine on the orange can were the killer place his water base Sharpie maker that night. He could see this area well from out side through the large kitchen window at grade level.
He could all so see the placement of the ransom note and the location of the note pad on the counter in the same hall way. All most every thing used in this crime could be seen and monitor from the side yard before and after the crime.

The killer or some one other could see Patsy make the 911 call for help.
The could see the time Patsy pick up the ransom note.
They could see the orange can were the killer left his Sharpie marker in the home.
The pineapple and tea cup was close by and could be seen from this side yard location too.
The profile predict the killer did monitor the house, He printed this in the ransom note.
The lab work on the place of interest.
The 1996 lab drawing of the property can be seen on the official Facebook web site.
The best line of site is 44 feet off the back alleyway or 20 feet back from the home back walls on that street.

Parking area was all so in the line of site South of the Ramsey home on 15Th street.
Our profile predict that this area of the back street is a place of interest in this crime.
This is our lab work on the place of interest base on crime scene facts and item used in the crime.

The exit:

The profile predict that he killer exit through the Butler door on the North side of the house.
He would have step forward to take a look down 15Th street and place the metal ball bat on the wall. He would o walk down the street with ball bat in his hands. He turn around and travel down the side yard cut through to the very dark alleyway. He then turn LEFT into history.

Boulder police find the Butler open and unlock that morning.
Alleyway neighbor to the north said their dogs did not bark, so killer turns left and does not go past these dogs.

Very dark alleyway, fence line street and lots of pine trees. Many way to exit the alleyway.

The 1930s wine cellar was constructed of concrete wall and floors. This UN headed room was 10 feet by 12 feet in size. he wood white panel door had a door knob that would not lock close, so a hardwood block and a large wood screw was installed before the Ramsey's got the home.

This room Had water problem and John had some gutter work done that year, but it did not help.

The door had a weather stripping installed because it was a cold room and let in cold air to the finish basement.

This room was very sound prof and the location of this room make sound from inside this room not be heard up stairs because of location and material used.

The white power on the concrete floor was salts, this come up through the slab if there is a high water table of poor drainage, this room has poor drainage. An Hi-Tec shoe imprint was found in this salt next to JonBenet body.

The killer took the time to close the wine cellar door and re latch the wood block at the top of the cellar door.

The killer show us like the paint brush, he put things back in place as he uses them. Like he may re lock a door or window that he has used.

Monitor House

Plat 755 15Th. Street - Boulder, CO Lots 36-37-38 & 39 less 7ft. Property Elevations Lot Size - 93 ft long on 15Th street and 125 ft deep to alleyway. Lots are 11,625 sq ft in area. and is a .26 of an acre. Property Elevations are for four corners and are set at the starting bench mark at the North East point on 15Th street at the side walk.(Bench Mark - 0 feet). Corner One - North East corner -(0 feet at grade). Bench Mark - Starting Point. Corner Two - South East corner -(+5 feet higher than Bench Mark Grade). Corner Three - North West corner -(+10 feet higher than Bench Mark Grade). Corner Four - South West corner -(+15 feet higher than Bench Mark Grade). The back yard and driveway connects to a 15 feet wide alleyway. This very dark at night alleyway also has trees and solid wood fences that can hide the view from any neighbors. The backyard's South West corner is 7 feet higher than the grade at the back hallway kitchen door. Jonbenet’s bed room was to the left of this service door and on the second level. Her bedroom has large windows and a glass door that provides a view out to the side/back yard, this house design will allow an eye level view from the Yard's South West corner into her bedroom and the top's of the beds. The killer could watch the actives of the entire home from this location and not be seen. The Ransom Note stated that they would monitor the family. The black marker, note pad and the placement of the ransom note could be seen all from this property location. Place of interest is the South West alleyway property corner

The Boulder pick a person of interest minutes after they arrive at the crime scene.
They were so impress with idea they reprinted a warrant for murder.
This was the first murder in Boulder that year and a road cops was assign to take on this case and it was his first case.
Then, some one said, let test the blood in JonBenet pantie for DNA, we got the killer now. So the test was on, when they open the LAB testing, Their mouths drop to the floor, it was the killer and it was not their person of interest. Now what do they do. We spent $2,000,000.00 of tax payer money and the DNA points to the killer and it is not the Ramsey family.
Now what, o it is DNA from over sea. Yes that right, DNA from a worker, Yes we got it now. Cool.
Then a new DA came to be, Let look at the case, what complet DNA testing was not done by Boulder police, WHY?
What ere they thinking? Let test the legs on the pants that JonBenet was wearing that night for the killer DNA. So they did and here is what we found. One two places, The same DNA that match's the DNA in the panties, Yes it match. The killer left his DNA on three places, Now Boulder was wrong, It was not a worker over sea, What were they thinking?
If we test more crime scene items we will find more of the killer's DNA, The family was not involve. A letter was send the John and it said they did not killer JonBenet, the DA was right.
Now you know the rest of the story.
DNA = Killer not the Ramsey's.

View from the killer's eyes:

The question is, did the killer monitor the house before the crime?

Information:

Property size lot at 749 15Th street Boulder CO.
The lot side was made up of four lots, each lot was 25 feet by 125 feet less 7 feet on lot 39.
Lot 39 is located on the property North side.

The house sat about six feet form the North property line and the driveway was 26 feet long.
Points of interests, The orange can could be seen just out side the kitchen window. This is were the killer left a water base marker in the can to frame the family. Other family pens were located here and the police noted in their files that some how this water base marker was Patsy. These were pens use by every one.

The cove area all so had a phone installed on the wall, this was the phone that was used to call 911 that early morning. The view out the kitchen right next to these two items can be seen from the property side yard. If the house was being monitor, then the side yard would be the best place to do so.

Next, a service door was next to the kitchen window. This door leads to the back hall way of the house. On a table/counter was the location of a note pad used to print the ransom note using one of two water base markers. This to could be seen and view from through the glass windoe in the service door. From out side, the note pad could be seen or monitor.
To the back of the hall way was the back steps, this is were Patsy found the three page ransom note place in a upright position near the bottom of the steps. This to could be monitor or viewed from the glass service door from the side yard.

The three glass basement window with the grill was all so lo cater next to the back door. This window could all so be monitor and view from this side yard location.
The pineapple and the tea bag could be view from the back service door location.
The light post that was found disabled can be vied from the side yard location.
What is the point of interest, this point in the yard or down the street would give the best location to view these items. Yes there is a place the the killer could used to monitor and views these location before or after the crime.

The location is 44 feet from the alleyway or 20 feet from the neighboor back of the house walls. The location is on the property South/West property area. This location would allow some one to monitor many of the items used in this crime from this one location. We call this the location of interest.

There all so was parking spaces with in 20 feet of the point of interest location.
JonBent bedroom had one glass door and large windows to her bedroom. the point of interest all so could be used to monitor and view into her bedroom at eye level.

The lab will post a old drawing of the crime scene drawing on Facebook at JonBenet Investigation for you to view.

This area may have a importance connection to the crime and the killer.

Part two:
The kitchen phone and the orange can full of pens and the water base Sharpie that the killer place in the can all could be seen at night in the dark. How could this be true?
It could be seen from out side and from inside in the dark. How could this be true?
To the right of the phone on the other wall had a plug in night light installed. This night light would light up this area very well. If some on was to use the kitchen phone or take a pen from the orange can, it could be seen in the dark or out side from the side yard.
The night light may have place a importance in the row of planning and monitor the house in this crime.
The kitchen wall night light. Think about that.
