...and the killer had the same handwriting as Pat.

There has been a lot of work done on this area of the crime. Six tester was used and only one said that Patsy could not be rule out. From 1 to 5 with 5 meaning she wrote the ransom note, she got a 1. She got the lowest score that you could get.

This type of work is more like an art form of work. Each person see things in their way.  If you are paid by a person, the test report may support their wanted findings.

Our lab has tested the ransom note with many lab tools. Patsy did not print the ransom note.

We spent some time on this area of the crime.

Boulder police from the start look at the family as the cause of Jonbenet death. They put out to the public miss information that the media use to sell many papers and news stories. This was big business, and the more miss information that was used, the more pressure was put on the family to come forward and say they did it.

Boulder police went with the idea that it was a inside job and this idea cause this case to be unsolved and now today it is a cold case.

BOULDER, Colo.— The house where JonBenet Ramsey’s body was discovered more than 12 years ago is back on the
market, again.

The 7,240-square-foot house at 749 15th St. is listed for $2.29 million. The home, where John and Patsy Ramsey’s 6-year-
old daughter was found dead in the basement on Dec. 26, 1996, can be found listed at the Re/Max of Boulder’s Web site,
www.boulderco.com .

The online listing describes the home as a “spectacular and stunning 1920s Tudor masterpiece on gated oversized lot in
coveted Uni Hill.”

The Ramseys purchased the house, then known as 755 15th St., for $500,000 in 1991, according to Boulder County
assessor records.

In 1998, the Ramseys sold the house for $650,000 to a group of investors, who pledged to resell it and donate profits to the
JonBenet Ramsey Children’s Foundation.

In 2004, Tim Milner and his wife, Carol Schuller Milner — the daughter of “Hour of Power” televangelist Robert H. Schuller
— purchased the home for $1.05 million.

Our lab took the ransom note and produce a profile from it, meet the killer of Jonbenet.

Victory Report 2015 by Team JBI

This personality profile is based on the writing of Victory S.B.T.C. for more information:

Personality report creator based on standardized basic personality traits.

Victory uses judgment to make decisions.
He is ruled by his head, not his heart.
He is a cool, collected person who is usually unexpressive emotionally.
Some may see him as unemotional.
He does have emotions but has no need to express them.
He is withdrawn into himself and enjoys being alone.
The circumstances when Victory does express emotions include: extreme anger, extreme passion, and tremendous stress.
If someone gets him mad enough to tell him off, he will not be sorry about it later.
He puts a mark in his mind when someone angers him.
He keeps track of these marks and when he hits that last mark he will let them know they have gone too far.
He is ruled somewhat by self-interest. All his conclusions are made without outside emotional influence.
He is very level-headed and will remain calm in an emergency situation.
In a situation where other people might get hysterical, he has poise.
Victory will work more efficiently if given space and time to be alone.
He would rather not be surrounded by people constantly.
In a relationship, he will show his love by the things he does rather than by the things he says.
Saying "I love you" is not a needed routine because he feels his mate should already know.
The only exception to this is if he has logically concluded that it is best for his mate to hear him express his love verbally.
Victory is not subject to emotional appeals.
If someone is selling a product to him, they will need to present only the facts.
They should present them from a standpoint of his sound judgment.
He will not be taken in by an emotional story about someone else.
He will meet emergencies without getting hysterical and he will always ask "Is this best for me?"
People that write their letters in an average height and average size are moderate in their ability to interact socially.
According to the data input, Victory doesn't write too large or too small, indicating a balanced ability to be social and interact with others.
Victory will demand respect and will expect others to treat him with honor and dignity.
Victory believes in his ideas and will expect other people to also respect them.
He has a lot of pride.
Victory will be candid and direct when expressing his opinion.
He will tell them what he thinks if they ask for it, whether they like it or not. So, if they don't really want his opinion, don't ask for it!
In reference to Victory's mental abilities, he has a very investigating and creating mind.
He investigates projects rapidly because he is curious about many things.
He gets involved in many projects that seem good at the beginning, but he soon must slow down and look at all the angles.
He probably gets too many things going at once.
When Victory slows down, then he becomes more creative than before.
Since it takes time to be creative, he must slow down to do it.
He then decides what projects he has time to finish.
Thus he finishes at a slower pace than when he started the project.
He has the best of two kinds of minds.
One is the quick investigating mind.
The other is the creative mind.
His mind thinks quick and rapidly in the investigative mode.
He can learn quicker, investigate more, and think faster.
Victory can then switch into his low gear.
When he is in the slower mode, he can be creative, remember longer and stack facts in a logical manner.
He is more logical this way and can climb mental mountains with a much better grip.
Victory is a practical person whose goals are planned, practical, and down to earth.
This is typical of people with normal healthy self-esteem.
He needs to visualize the end of a project before he starts.
He finds joy in anticipation and planning.
Notice that I said he plans everything he is going to do, that doesn't necessarily mean things go as planned. Victory basically feels good about himself.
He has a positive self-esteem which contributes to his success.
He feels he has the ability to achieve anything he sets his mind to.
However, he sets his goals using practicality-- not too "out of reach".
He has enough self-confidence to leave a bad situation, yet, he will not take great risks, as they relate to his goals.
A good esteem is one key to a happy life.
Although there is room for improvement in the confidence category, his self-perception is better than average.
Victory is very self-sufficient. He is trying not to need anyone.
He is capable of making it on his own.
He probably wants and enjoys people, but he doesn't "need" them.
He can be a loner.

Our lab use the word HE because the DNA left at the crime scene was from a white male and this DNA did not match any one in the Ramsey's family.

A Christmas Message from the Ramsey Family

With the Christmas season upon us and the anniversary of JonBenet's death approaching, we are filled with many emotions. We, as a family, miss JonBenet's presence among us as we see the lights, hear the music, and recall celebrations of Christmases past. We miss her every day - not just today.

On the one hand, we feel like Christmas should be canceled. Where is there joy? Our Christmas is forever tainted with the tragedy of her death. And yet the message rings clear. Had there been no birth of Christ, there would be no hope of eternal life, and, hence, no hope of ever being with our loved ones again.

As the day of the birth of our Lord and Savior approaches, we thank all across the nation and around the world for your continued prayers of concern and support. It is those prayers that sustain us. We ask that as you gather with your families and loved ones this Christmas, be joyful in the celebration of the birthday of Christ, knowing that this is truly the reason for the season. We must continue to celebrate the birth of Christ ... for our hope of life together ever after.

Thank you for all you meant to her and mean to us.

With blessing and prayer for a Joyful Holiday and the Grace of God's ever present love for the New Year,

John, Patsy, John Andrew, Melinda, and Burke

On the palm of her left hand, someone had drawn a red ink heart.

According to Det. Linda Arndt, who witnessed the autopsy, green Christmas garland, like the garland decorating the spiral staircase in the house, was tangled in her hair.

JonBenét was wearing long underwear, and Benath the long underwear was a pair of white panties with printed rosebuds and the words "Wednesday'' in the waistband. There were urine stains and several red stains. According to a search warrant affidavit, Dr. Meyer told Arndt the stains looked like blood.

Meyer found evidence of vaginal injury, but no semen was found on the body. The coroner also reported that the pubic area appeared to have been wiped with a cloth.

He also noted that a white cord was tied around her right wrist, a similar cord was tied around her neck. Seventeen inches of cord hung from the knot, and the end was tied "in multiple loops around a length of a round tan-brown wooden stick'' according to the coroner's report.

The stick was stained with paint spots and varnish.

He found "deep ligature furrow encircles the entire neck'' and there were hemorrhages and abrasions around the marks, the autopsy report notes.

She had a skull fracture 8.5 inches long. Dr. Meyer was not able to determine whether JonBenét died of a skull fracture or strangulation. And he could not pinpoint a time of death.

- "Foreign'' DNA taken from JonBenét's underpants and fingernails. The DNA left in a stain found in the child's underwear reportedly doesn't match DNA samples provided by dozens of family and friends.

An Paint Tray was found next to where JonBenet was killed.

The paint tray consisted of many sizes of paint brushes, from small brushes on the left to larger ones to the right side of the divided tray.
Color paint tubes were also stored at the brush stick ends.
The center divider had some 3 X 5 pictures that could be used for her art work.
The right side of tray had sheets of paper cloth to wipe and clean as needed.
As with all of her life, she keep thing in order, like the well place art supplies.
The killer pick the larger size wood paint brush and broke off the brisel hair end, and the tip end.
The center portion is used to tie the white high strenth cord to.
The killer carefully put back the broken brush end back into the paint tray.
Not the same way Patsy Ramsey would have place her brushes in the tray.
The killer uses paint brushes in his life and he think highly of them, and places the broken end back in to the tray.
The cord was tied in a way that would not break the wooden paint brush stick in to two, by spreading the load to the wood fibers by looping the cord many times around the stick.
The cord had rough cut ends, that could have been cut by the pick end of a ice axe.

From the day the body was found, investigators knew that Jon Benet Ramsey, suffered a severe blow to the head, as well as strangulatiion with a white cord.
But which came first?
Determining that could tell a great deal about the motive and the killer.
Investigators speculate strangulation first could mean a sex crime.
If the blow came first, it might point to a kidnapper or a crime of rage.
Dr.Warner Spitz has conducted more than 50,000 autopsies.
In 1997, he was consulted by the Boulder police investigating the murder.
He says he reviewed more than 100 autopsy photos which have never been released to the public.

At 1:05 pm on Boxing Day 1996, the body of six-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey was found by her father in the basement of their house in Boulder, Colorado USA.
Her arms had been pulled up over her head and tied together at the wrists.
A broken paintbrush had been used to tighten a garrotte around her neck.
Her skull was severely fractured, but there was no blood.
Her mouth was covered with duct tape.
Her body showed signs of sexual abuse.
She was blue, rigid, half-wrapped in a blanket, and stuck to the blanket was a pink Barbie doll nightie.
John Ramsey pulled off the duct tape, untied some of the cord, picked up his daughter and ran, screaming, up the stairs.
He put her down in the front hallway, at the base of the Christmas tree.
His wife, Patsy, threw herself over the child's body and cried:'Jesus, you raised Lazarus from the dead, please raise my baby!'
