Why Christmas day?

Some crimes are committed on a special day because it will have a importance to the person.

Our profile predicts base on crime scene information that the killer has a Art background, Rock climber and a Teacher Instructor.

Most teachers may have time off at Christmas and no one would think twice that he is traveling.

Water base Sharpie marker use to print the ransom note, This out of production marker was use to print page one and page two. The tip was new but the marker was many years old. Page three of the ransom note was printed with an old marker with a flat used tip, the print letter width was 50% wider than page one and two.

The killer used what is called a sketch book or in this case a note pad from the family back hallway counter. He dog ear page one from the note pad, this was page 27.  He used page 27, 28, 29 to print the ransom note. Teachers use dog ear as they teach.

Artiest use water base ink because it safe for art work, artiest know this fact, The ransom note will be known as his art work after the crime and his pride will want it to be seen at its best, safe ink and undamaged page from the middle of the note pad.

The tent cord used to kill jonbent was 96 inches long and cut into two, one piece to tie her hands and one used on her neck. Artiest use paint brushes and this killer did to, he broke a 12 inches paint stick into three pieces and replace the brush end back with care, he puts the paint stick brush end back in the paint tote where he got the brush from.  He tied the cord around the stick many time with a special knots, Rock climber use these special knots. He drop a carabiner next to JonBenet body and this made a imprint in the salt on the floor. This is a climbing tool use by rock climbers. The foot print left next to Jonbenet body was a brain called Hi-Tec, this is a climbing shoe used by trail guilds and rock climbers.

The custom fit of the Sharpie marker is about 5 inches long and the paint stick was broken to the same size, this same size fits the killer's hand to the letter. He drawls and prints as he travels with a Sharpie marker and note pad called a sketch book.

One that travel on Christmas fit a special profile and this information is add to his profile.

The killer place his water base marker in a orange can under the kitchen phone so it could be match by police. Many family pens was also in the orange can under the kitchen phone. He tried to frame the family.

This is known as the Crime of the Week  and will result in a  reward to the individual who supplied the  information needed to solve the crime.

As of today, Jonbenet Ramsey does not have a Crime Stoppers poster. The Boulder police said they "we do nothing" when we tried to get their support for her poster. Why?

There is some thing not right here with them.

Serial Killers

A serial killer is traditionally defined as an individual who has killed three or more people  over a period of more than a month, with down time (a "cooling off period") between the  murders, and whose motivation for killing is usually based on psychological gratification. 

Serial Killer 

Many serial killers have faced similar problems in their childhood development. Some  tests explains how early childhood trauma can set the child up for deviant behavior in  adulthood; the child's environment (either their parents or society) is the dominant factor  in whether or not the child's behavior escalates into homicidal activity. 
Children who do not have the power to control the mistreatment they suffer sometimes  create a new reality to which they can escape.
This new reality becomes their fantasy  that they have total control of and becomes part of their daily existence. In this fantasy  world, their emotional development is guided and maintained. 
Disorganized serial killers, on the other hand, often have average to below average  intelligence, with a mean IQ of 92.5.
They are usually far more impulsive, often done with  a random weapon available at the time, and usually not attempting to hide the body.
They  are likely to be unemployed at the time, a loner, or both, with very few friends.
They often  turn out to have a history of mental illness, and their modus operandi (M.O.) or lack  thereof is often marked by excessive violence and sometimes necrophilia and/or sexual  violence.

Ransom Note:
( You are not the only fat cat around so don't think that killing will be difficult.) This statement may tell us that the writer has done this many time before. - don't think that killing will be  difficult. The hardest part for a serial killer is to look normal in every day life.

Lou Smit, a longtime police detective who was called out of retirement to help investigate the 1996 slaying of JonBenet Ramsey, the 6-year-old beauty pageant winner.

“The Ramseys did not do it,”
he wrote in his resignation letter, dated Sept. 20, 1998.
“There is substantial, credible evidence of an intruder and a lack of evidence that the parents are involved.”

BOULDER — The house where JonBenet Ramsey's body was discovered more than 18 years ago is back on the market.
The 7,240-square-foot house at 749 15th St. is on the market for $2.29 million.
The home, where John and Patsy Ramsey's 6-year-old daughter was found dead in the basement, can be found at the Re/Max of Boulder's site, boulderco.com :
a "spectacular and stunning 1920s Tudor masterpiece on gated oversized lot in coveted Uni Hill."

Federal Judge Clears Ramseys:

In May 2003, an Atlanta federal judge dismissed a civil lawsuit against John and Patsy Ramsey saying there was no evidence showing the parents killed JonBenet and abundant evidence that an intruder killed the child.
The judge criticized the police and the FBI for creating a media campaign designed to make the family look guilty.

The police have always been criticized for their handling of the case, and have always defended their own conduct.
The district attorney’s office said two years ago that new DNA testing methods cleared the family of suspicion. They had maintained their innocence all along.

Noticing that JonBenet was not in bed that morning, Patsy Ramsey called the police after finding a ransom note demanding $118,000 for her daughter's safe return.
The girl's body, however, was discovered in the basement later that afternoon.
She had a skull fracture and had been sexually molested and strangled with a cord.

Cord and Garrote

"A single loop of white cord was around the right wrist, tied on top of the sleeve but so loosely the doctor easily slid it free.
There were 15 1/2 inches between that loop and a loop on the other end, which once apparently had bound the left wrist.
A white cord of the same type was wrapped so tightly around the throat and neck that a deep horizontal furrow had been dug into the skin.
A gold chain and cross were tangled in that ligature, which was tied behind the neck to a broken stick.
Blond hair was snared in the knot, and the coroner had to cut the hair in order to remove the cord, which was tied more like a noose than a twisting garrote.
The broken paintbrush used as the garrote handle had Korea printed on it.

The 1/4-inch-wide Stansport cord - which comes packaged in lengths of 50 and 100 feet and often is used for camping or outdoor activities

While the Ramseys went to stay with friends, their home became a major crime scene.
As this was the only murder in Boulder that year, the investigating police had little experience in that type of crime, with very few of them having conducted a murder investigation at all.

Patsy statement after the crime.

Question:  "Do you believe that someone outside your home killed JonBenet?"

Patsy answered in a tearful voice:

"There is a killer on the loose, I don't know who it is, I don't know if it's a he or a she — but if I were a resident of Boulder I would tell my friends to keep their babies close to you."

Everyone knows:

"The Ramseys were interviewed on the 26th, the Ramseys were interviewed on the 27th.
On the 27th they give samples of physical evidence, blood, hair and fingerprints. When they returned from Atlanta, the Ramseys gave five handwriting samples, voluntarily.
To say that the Ramseys had not cooperated in this investigation is a gross mischaracterization."

This is what was seen that day in the house.
The first is that JonBenet was murdered by an unknown assailant who entered the house, presumably via the basement window. JonBenet was found wrapped in a blanket and lying in the middle of the basement floor.
She had duct tape across her mouth.
She lay with her arms above her head and a white cord was wrapped tightly around her neck.
The same type of cord was tied loosely to her wrists.
The broken handle of a paintbrush, measuring approximately 4.5 inches in length, had been looped into the cord to form a garrote.
At the time of her death, JonBenet was wearing a sweatshirt over a long sleeve shirt.
The lower half of her body was clad in white pajama bottoms over white panties.

More lab Information:

•A footprint made by a Hi-Tec stamped hiking boot was found in the concrete dust of the wine cellar. The boot has not been connected to any of the Ramseys or to the 400 people or more who have been to the Ramsey house.

•An unidentified palm print was found on the door of the wine cellar. It does not belong to John, Patsy or Burke Ramsey.

•A pubic hair was found on the blanket in which JonBenet was wrapped. It does not belong to John, Patsy or Burke Ramsey.

•A piece of broken glass was found under a basement window. The window was open and the sill showed signs of disturbance.

•There was a scuff-mark on the basement wall below the window. Someone had to have climbed in or out of this window (however, no footprints were found outside the window).

•The duct tape and the cord used in the murder were not found in the Ramsey house. The offender must have brought them in and taken them out when he/she left the house after the murder.

Time Line;

JonBenet was last seen alive at approximately 10:00 p.m. on December 25, 1996. John Ramsey, in company with Fleet White, found JonBenet dead in the basement at approximately 1:05 p.m. on December 26, 1996.

What about this,

•A metal baseball bat found outside the Ramseys' Boulder home. Fibers on the bat matched a carpet found in the basement near the storage room, where JonBenet's body was found. The bat was found, "in a place where kids normally wouldn't play," Smit said, declining to elaborate.

•DNA evidence that indicates JonBenet's attacker was a male, but the DNA does not match John Ramsey.

•Peanut-shaped foam packing material and leaves found in the basement that Smit thinks might have been tracked inside by someone entering through a broken basement window. "It would have been something that would not have been blown in there."

Re-examined, including:

•DNA found under JonBenet's fingernails,

•The cord found around her neck and the duct tape across her mouth,

•A pubic hair found on her blanket,

•The ransom note,

•The stun gun that might have been used to subdue her,

•A palm print found on the cellar door,

•A footprint of a Hi-Tec hiking boot found near her body.

Three suspicious events point to an intruder:

unknown vehicles parked outside the Ramseys' home near the time of the crime;
JonBenet's comment to people that she was going to get a "special visit from Santa," even though Patsy never heard JonBenet say anything about a visit from Santa.

There are certain facts in this case that only the killer and police are aware of and it is vital to our investigation that the integrity of the information remain intact.
The likelihood of getting a successful conclusion to this case is based on maintaining the security of this information.

There was a chair found out of place in the middle of the basement floor area, use, and a wire found as a tie down out side the home that can be tested.
The wire, the chair and the location are all part of the case.
In the middle of the basement, Check the on lighting too.
