Each year 100s of cases are solved by law enforcements agencies with the help of others.
Most cases are solved with a tip that come into police by some one that wants to do the tight thing. These tips are not from police.

Now we take one group of people, Amateur detectives some may call them, that help solve these cold cases by working with groups like called Crime Stoppers.
Other groups produce highly watch shows on TV and their track record show us that it works. These TV shows solves crimes with the help and tips of the viewer.
Its people out side law enforcement at call in a tip that breaks the case.

Most crimes are not solved with out the help of people out side of law Enforcement.

We now have Student Crime Stoppers.
Student now will have a place that they can get help for a problem they are having or some one they know is having and not be ID. They can also get a reward.

Children know a lot about crimes in their area because they live in the home sometime with the person that did the crime, Now they can safely do the right thing a call the tip line as many want to do.

The Grand Jury did a wonder full job with the information they was given .
Boulder police gave the best that they have, there best!

Now, That was not good enough to place blame on any one at that time...

What the Grand Jury did not have and is the most importance to the case is, DNA.
This unknown DNA is not like to any one tested so far by Boulder police.

$2,000,000.00 dollars, that a lot of tax paying money they spent on the wrong idea.

Days after the ransom note was read. The idea to test for DNA was on.
After the experts reviewed the DNA report and it show Boulder Experts that the Ramsey's was not involved, They need to hide this information as case information and no one would know this importance.

Years latter, another DNA test was perform, and this confirm that the first experts did a very good job with the DNA, It was not the Ramsey's.

The proof was so clear that a letter was written the clears the family, yes the facts don't lie. But the people in charge of the case did.

The DNA was not from the manufactured of the panties.

The test shows us the DNA match two item on three places, The family did not killer JonBenet Ramsey. FACT.

Remember, Boulder spent $2,000,000.00 and is still a cold case.

After reading the Ransom Note and a profile has been produce, The profile show the none experts that new evidence and facts have been forthcoming. It look to these people that a break in this case may be very close.

Paper is high on the list, as the killer may have wore black fingerless wool gloves. The killer may have touch paper more times that he remembers.

There was a blue piece of paper located by the back side door of the house and other paper items in the house that have interest.

Paper, wood, cardboard and drywall can be tested.

Tests have shown good performance even after 40 years.

As one read the ransom note, one will find it sign Victory. It is also a French name for Victoria. Many think the ransom note shows female traits in the uses of words.
Foreign faction was also use in the ransom note.

New Scotland Yard was originally housed in the Victorian Norman Shaw Buildings on the Victoria Embankment, Westminster section of London. It first opened in November 1890, near the Big Ben clock tower of the Palace of Westminster.

In 1967, New Scotland Yard moved to a modern 20-story high-rise at 10 Broadway after 77 years on Victoria Embankment.

In 2008, the US National Academy of Sciences recommended a complete overhaul of forensic science in America.

DNA indentification has been used increasingly since the 1980s and has shown to outperform fingerprints in some instances.Several International associations for fingerprinting and DNA identification exist link nations with related training and resources.

Today, fingerpritning can be done in our lab without inks by a number of computer devices, including the full hand scan that encompasses the palm and all fingers.

The Ransom Note was written before the crime.

Ransom Note Profile:

JonBenet was covered with two white blankets by placing them over her on the cold wine cellar floor after death. The blankets were tuck in like a papoose when found by her farther.

The killer's action with the two blankets shows us he has a deep problem with abandonment as a child.

JonBenet had black duct tape place over her mouth. The lip impression on the glue side show us that this tape was place there after death. There was only a single lip impression on the tap, If JonBenet was alive at placement, the tap would have had other lip impressions on the glue side of the tape.

The profile predict is could ba sign of "you will not talk".

Information:

90% of sex offenses involving children under 12 were perpetrated by an individual the child knew. Likewise, more than 66% of rape victims between the ages of 18 and 29 claimed to have known their attacker.

With a high number of 90%, We predict the killer knew JonBenet.

The Ransom Note show a well thought out and preplanning the crime,

The killers’ fantasies are often about control and violation. In fact, during research, it became evident that serial killers could remember NO positive fantasies they had as children.
Some would fantasize about mutilating themselves or their genitals.
They will even fantasize about their own traumas, over and over again – the difference being that in these fantasies they are the assailant.

Serial killers in the making will never discuss these horrid fantasies with anyone, but thoughts of fulfilling them will recur more and more frequently.
Before the serial killer kills for the first time, the fantasies normally focus on committing the murder.
Afterwards, the fantasies will focus on committing each murder more successfully, and with greater efficiency.

The Ransom Note has 347 words.

Near the end of the ransom note this line was printed.

" You are not the only fat cat around so don't think that killing will be difficult. "

This line tell us something about the killer's past.

Before the killer kills for the first time, the fantasies normally focus on committing the murder.

Profile:

The killer want to convince John that he must follow his instructions to the letter. That he can kill JonBenet easily because there are other wealth business men to choice from if John does not corporate 100%.

Boulder CO does have many wealth business men doing business there.

The killer want John to know that he can easily chose other business men if this crime does not go as plan. See will not see 1997.

He travel on foot, bike and bus. A back pack to brink supplies for the crime and to travel with the ransom money. The size needed to transport the $118,000.00 is only a space of 6-1/8” X 2-5/8” X 8.17” tall. and weight is 4.18872 lbs. A very small brown paper bag will hold the money.

More lines from the ransom note:
"Make sure that you bring an adequate size attache to the bank.
When you get home you will put the money in a brown paper bag."

The killer has a back ground with the larger parks in the US. Many parks instruct the climbers and trail hikers to Bring in and Take out there human waste by putting it in a brown paper bag. This is kept in the bottom of the travers back pack. With this way of thinking, this would make a safe place to transport the ransom money if stop by law enforcement, the officer may not want to put his hand inside on of the many waste bags at the bottom of the backpack.

The killer need to keep track of the family at all times for this crime to work. Having John stop home after he leave the bank tell us he is located in the house. The safest place in the house for the killer and to hide JonBenet is in the basement. The design and layout of the basement allow him to monitor the house very well.

The uses of the word "attaché" is a French word. It is commonly used in the north west part of the country near the Southern Boarder Tip of Canada. SBTC. The French settled town is called Victoria CA.
The English word for Victoria is the same as what was written in the ransom note, VICTORY.

The writer has little concerns that his printing that it would be recognize by anyone. Living in the north west a far distance from Boulder CO would help with that.

This is the SBTC of Canada. Southern Boarder Tip of Canada.

The trails located there is many, more than any other area.

The Ransom Note printed that John must be rested, The statement in the note reads, " The delivery will be exhausting so I advise you to be rested." The profile of this statement show us he think like a trail hiker and rock climber. The location SBTC is very well known for trails.

A hiker's back pack was found at the Ramsey's home and was not ID.
Rope in the spear bed room was found and not ID.
A Carabiner imprint next to JonBenet body located in the white salt on the concrete floor in the wine cellar was found.
The cords used to kill JonBenet was knots use by climbers. The cords sued in this crime are also use by trail hikers for their tents lines.

SBTC is in Canada. One who lives near there may have this way of thinking as " We xx respect your bussiness but not the country that it serves" . All so their view of some one in Boulder CO may be " We are a group of individuals that represent a small foreign faction".
Many climbers climb together, These people are individuals the climb in a group. The killer want John to know who he is.

Any one that is located in the North West part of the country may have a mind set that a person that lives in Boulder CO as a southerner. A Line from the ransom note. " Use that good southern common sense of yours ".

If the killer work at a trail guild, then he will be required to be familiar with some types of police work and this may show up in the ransom note text to show John his know how. Ransom note text. " You can try to deceive us but be warned that we are familiar with Law enforcement countermeasures and tactics.

Many parks have trails that dogs are not to be walk on. To in force these park laws, trail guilds and park ranger have the authorities and walk the mark trails to catch those who brake the LAW. In the business, these park rangers are called DOGIE POLICE by the dog walkers and hikers. If the killer has this type of background and mind set, it may show up in the ransom note. A line from the ransom note. " If we catch you talking to a stray dog, she dies. If you alert bank authorities, she dies". Stray dog is some one that has walk their dog on a mark trail by the park ranger who are called Dogie police by the dog walkers. They get fines for this action.

The person that killed JonBenet may have work at this alone. The ransom note prints the words WE, "We are a group of individuals"
The word "WE" when use in a note may signs of deception.
The use of the word I show truthfulness, a line form the note. ". I will call you 12. between 8 and 10 am tomorrow to instruct you on delivery".
At around 10:00 am on the 26th, John pick up the phone and the caller stayed on the phone for 30 seconds, the caller said nothing and hung up.

The profile of the prewritten and preplanned ransom note show us the uses of the word "I" many time in the note show the note was real and mostly truthful.

People the work with groups then to use the word WE in their writing, even if they are working with group of individuals.

Hi-Tec shoes are a common shoe for trail guilds and rock climbers.
It's the tool of their trade.

In the wine cellar on the salt duct on the concrete floor next to JonBenet, was a show impression of the bran, Hi-Tec shoe.

Many climber also like to draw maps and directions about the planned course. A note pad and a sharpie marker work well.

If the climber / trail guild likes to draw, he may draw in a note pad called a sketchbook. Wearing black fingerless wool can help with tying knots as well as drawing sketches.

If the climber want to keep his work wrinkle free, he can take the paper from middle of the note pad, he also knows that only water base inks from a water base sharpie marker will no destroy the paper for long term uses.

Five in Sharpie markers may fit the hands of the climber very well.
The paint stick used in this crime was broken to five inch, the same size as the highly use Sharpie marker.

The ransom note was printed.
A person that prints as his way of writing is a person that has a trait of being - Emotionally distant: all printing and vertical slant.

The ink used to write the note was a water base ink, not very common at the time. Water base ink will not destroy the paper that it is printed on.
The markers use to print the ransom note was from a old out of production Sharpie marker. The marker were last produce before 1992.

The tip of the used marker was in like new condition, Just open but very old. These marker were so old, that they were made before the Ramsey's moved to Boulder CO.

Two markers were used by the killer, Page one and page two have a like new point line quality. page three has a 50% wider line thickness. You may view this for your self.

The killer used two markers to print the three page ransom note.

Water base markers are you by people that draw and have a art background. They know that most inks will hurt paper and will note last for a long time.

The killer all so know that the inks are water base and could be easily ID if left in the house where other pens are kept. This would frame the family of trick the local police because of there low crime rate. As printed in the ransom note, "You can try to deceive us but be warned that we are familiar with Law enforcement countermeasures and tactics."

The killer had onset of MS. It shows in the printing of the ransom note. Zoom the note to 400%.
