Our friends at Bode Tech. told us that when they did the testing on JonBenet long johns. The thought were would the killer put his hands to undress JonBenet and then redress her.
This was simple, They scrap the out side surface of the two sides near the waist bands.
Testing the sample areas, they found white male DAN and it match both sides. Now this was compared to the DNA found in JonBenet panties, and it match. The DNA was found on two items and the DNA match in three places. The inside surface of her panties and the out sides surfaces of her long johns. Tree places and two items, a clear match.

Two labs did the testing and many years apart and the same DNA profile was produce.

This was so clear that the Boulder Police use this to clear John Mark Karr and so many others. It was so clear and a good sample that the DA cleared the Ramsey's family too.

Yes, DNA will solve this case, we need a match to move forward and we are.

We use Bode Tect. for our testing service and Swab supplies. They are a very good company.

The ransom note printing, follow our instruction or SHE DIES. many times.
A 911 call was place and the killer monitoring the family from the basement did as he said.

The head damage to the side of JonBenet head match the knob end of the metal child ball bat found just out side the open Butler kitchen door then next morning by police. They tested this bat and found fibers that match the very same carpet were JonBenet was killed, this is the hall way in front of the wine cellar door. She was chock there and she wet her pants on her front side only, This show us at that point she was on her stomach. The carpet tested show this to be the location. A paint tote was next to this location and the green paint was use to paint a green strip on her chin. Testing show the paint matches the green tube of paint in the tote need to where the killer replace the 3 and 1/2 inch broken brush end.

Fibers that match the wood from the broken handle was found inside JonBenet. Fibers were also found next to the paint tote from the same broken brush. Crime scene photos shows this for the case files. The other 3 and 1/2 inch tip end of the broken paint stick was never found.
The killer uses the 5 inch center stick tied with a white tent cord to choch JonBenet. The cord was turn eight times around the stick and the killer center the cord perfectly. Attention to detail.

It very clear that a IDI killed JonBenet.

Touch DNA come from skin cells, not DNA from the 1/2 inch blood spots mixture. These cells are place on a surface that has been touch.
Washing Sheets and long johns weekly will not keep old skin cells type DNA on the surface or from some one that made the product. The skin cells found on the out side surface of the long johns match the blood spots mixture, the pantie DNA was a mixture and found in the blood spots. This was not skin cells testing.

One would be surprise that very little skin cells are on your clothing, Only if some one hand the clothing very hard to transfer skin cells.
This show us that the killer undress and redress JonBenet and left hard to leave skin cells on her long johns.

Writing and speaking:

When some one write or speaks, we start out with the most importance part of what we want to say. Think about this. The words of importance go first. In that order. What we are most sure of goes first.

Ninhydrin (also known as 2,2-Dihydroxyindane-1,3-dione) is a chemical reagent used to detect
amino acids. Once treated with a Ninhydrin solution, the amino acid finger ridge patterns
form a purple compound, known as Ruhemann’s purple, which makes the prints highly visible
(Bell). Using Ninhydrin is probably the fastest, most productive, and inexpensive method of
developing latent prints on porous surfaces. Ninhydrin has been used since the 1950’s to develop
fingerprints. Prints more than 50 years of age have been developed by this process (Lennard;
Ninhydrin).

Basic Training and Essential Skills.

The profile of the killer.

The two pieces of white cord used to tie up JonBenet and chock her were not source to the Ramsey's of house, The killer brought the cord in.

One end of the cord as melted as it was the en of the roll. The cord was ruff cut it to Two. The two piece put back together will add up to a 96 inch long cord, Tent tie down cord..

Essential skills is to all way bring cord with you out on the trails and rock climbing. We are train to use the cord as a belt and run the cord two times round the belt loops and tie the ends. The design of this cord will fray at the un melted ends. See crime scene photos.

When the killer took the cord from his pants belt loops, A clip that hold his other items fell to the salt covered concrete floor. Its like a key chain used by the killer to hold his tools.

This clip is called a Carabiner.
See crime scene photos for imprint.

A carabiner or karabiner is a metal loop with a sprung gate used to quickly and reversibly connect components in safety-critical systems. The word is a shortened form of "Karabinerhaken", German for "spring hook for a carbine" Carabiner Carabiners are widely used in rope-intensive activities such as climbing, caving, sailing, rope rescue, construction, industrial rope work, and window cleaning. They are made from both steel and aluminium. Those used in sports tend to be of a lighter weight than those used in commercial applications and rope rescue.

A pulley may have been used.

We can go back to the house at spray Luminol.
Even after 165 years, it glow blue.
We use this product when we need to find DNA.

Under carpets, floor board and cracks in baseboard trim.

Luminol is used by JBI forensic investigators to detect trace amounts of blood left at crime scenes, as it reacts with iron found in hemoglobin.

It is used by biologists in cellular assays for the detection of copper, iron, and cyanides, as well as of specific proteins by western blot.

The killer may have cut him self. Case information.

We can spray Luminol evenly across the basement area, and trace amounts of an activating oxidant will cause the luminol to emit a blue glow that can be seen in a darkened wine cellar room. The glow lasts for about 30 seconds, but the effect can be documented by a long-exposure photograph.

It is important that we are spraying evenly to avoid a biased impression, such as blood traces appearing to be more concentrated in areas that received more spray.

The intensity of the glow does not indicate the original amount present but indicates only the distribution of trace amounts of substances left in the area.

Our lab has so many ways to solved a cold case.

After reading the ransom note, a profile can be produce.

Info:

Approximately 90 percent of known serial killers are Caucasian males between the ages of 25 to 35.

These people have high IQs ranging from 105 to 120. There are some, for example Ted Bundy, who even have an I.Q. of 140, who are considered to be geniuses (The Holmes Typology of Serial Murder, 1).

Although these people are highly intelligent, they often have poor school performance and are socially inept.

They prefer solitude to social environments.

They also have trouble holding a job.

Ransom Note profile:

This serial killers has a definitive and common personality profile.

When serial killers are profiled, the reasons behind their aggression are normally apparent.

There are many types of serial killers and each type has its own agenda and reason for killing. Nevertheless, there are common traits found among all serial killers.

Some behaviors can be found as early as childhood. Typical signs of danger in children include bed wetting, setting fires, and abusing animals.

As these future killers grow older, there are other signs such as the desire to be alone, the inability to do well in school or hold a job, and family problems at home that indicate a future of aggression.

Line from the ransom note.
" You are not the only fat cat around so don't think that killing will be difficult. Don't underestimate us John."

If you perform some many times, it will not be difficult over time.
" don't think that killing will be difficult"

Determining the signature and the MO are both aspects of profiling.

Our profiles are not 100 percent accurate, but they're usually found to be very close.

We must know how to apprehend a serial murderer, JBI investigators must understand what motivates the person to kill in the first place.

What you need to know is the majority of serial killers are not reclusive, social misfits who live alone.
They are not monsters and may not appear strange. Many serial killers hide in plain sight within their communities.
Serial murderers often have families and homes, are gainfully employed, and appear to be normal members of the community.
Because many serial murderers can blend in so effortlessly, they are oftentimes overlooked by law enforcement and the public.

This is what happen in this case.

The writer misspells two common words in lines #4 and #5, "business" and "possessions." The two misspellings occur in the first paragraph. After that, the writer uses correct grammar except for using the article "a" when he should have written "an." This is further indication the misspellings were done on purpose. The writer showed his true writing skills and forgot to misspell words throughout the note. The killer added the letter S to Business and left off the letter S in the word Possessions. The letter S is a problem for the killer and he has the hand movement as if he was printing the number 5. The JBI profile predict that the killer lives near a highway with the number 5 in the road name. 5 is an importance number to the killer. We write with our brain, not our hands.

Ransom Note - Page One - Dog-Earing

Page One of ransom note - bottom left Dog-Ear Page Left corner pdf file

The Ransom Note was printed on white paper taken from the middle of a note pad of paper located at Ramsey’s' home and printed with a old marker found in side a can located in the kitchen.

Additional sheets were missing from the note pad and was never located at the crime scene. This is very importance.

The marker used to write the Ransom Note was sourced to an out of production marker was found placed in with other pens in a normal place for pens by the kitchen phone.
Also, there was another page in the note pad that was written on it "Mr. and Mrs. I," which many experts believe to have been an early "false start" of the Ransom Note.

JonBenet had a letter that she will have a special visit after Christmas.

Patsy and the family would write notes in the note pad as needed.
This is how they did things and this could be monitor from the side yard view.

Profile:

The killer took from the note pad the page that had his name on it that could ID him. Just as killers do when they are listed in a home address book by the phone or a tape message recorded in the phone system.

The killer use items that was on his mind.

Profile:

We now know that the killer was cut.

Luminol (C8H7N3O2) is a versatile chemical that exhibits chemiluminescence, with a striking blue glow, when mixed with an appropriate oxidizing agent. It is a white to slightly yellow crystalline solid that is soluble in most polar organic solvents, but insoluble in water.

Luminol is used by forensic investigators to detect trace amounts of blood left at crime scenes as it reacts with iron found in hemoglobin. It is used by biologists in cellular assays for the detection of copper, iron, and cyanides, in addition to the detection of specific proteins by Western Blot.

Subject: RE: Modeling 3D Facial Shape from DNA - Dr. Mark Shriver update

Update:

Today’s workshop was very informing.
Jen V. from Michigan State University has a program that can predict damage to a child head.
What may have been used and the force needed.

Mark D Shriver from Pen State University had a program that can predict what a person looks like from DNA.
This is very impressive.
3-D Facial.

New head damage information and 3-D Facial from DNA will move this case forward.
This should be a good year for this case.

I will be making contact with these experts to see what help they may provide.

The DNA will give this case a killer face. This needs to be done.
