The Knob end shape and size of the bat was consistent with  the damage made to the right side of JonBenet head. The bat  found out side the Butler door had carpet fibers on the bat’s  surface as those found in the Ramsey’s basement.

The less bulky knob-end of a baseball bat strikes me as an odd use of it as a weapon if you intend to incapacitate someone by breaking their skull.  Is it certain that this caused the damage and not the heavier ball-hitting end?
It's one of them cases, in'it... one of them f*ckin' cases.

This door was found open and unlock by Boulder police that morning. This door was just steps from the basement door that the killer used to take JonBenet to the basement. The door is located on the North side of the Ramsey's house.

The metal ball bat was 26 inches long. Fiber found on the bat match the basement fibers next to where JonBenet was killed. The child head is not that thick or not that hard to cause damage with a bat and the knob matches the shape and size of the damage to her head. Bats are use in crimes many times. If the killer was to carrie a ball bat down the street, It would not look out of place and other items. As the killer left the crime scene he took his back pack, with this in one hand, he pick up the bat and hits her in the head. If some one did not have one hand holding the backpack, one might switch the bat to the other side.

Marks or imprints left on the cellar floor powder or salts was on the knob end of the bat, this dust on the knob end of the bat fit the profile that the bat was in a up and down position when the killer took the bat and hit her in the head.

No one knew that she had this damage in till they remove her skin to check her brain.

Profile:
The family calls 911, the killer pull the cord tight for the last time, he move her to the wine cellar and after covering her with two white blanks, hit her in the head as she is on the floor with the child metal bat on the way out of the house. This was one of the last thing he did to JonBenet before he left the house.

He printed many time in the ransom note he would kill Jonbenet if they call for help. He did what he printed.

Before JonBent had died, he pulled the cord tied to Jonbenet neck tight. He did this over and over again.

The Ramsey's house had a garage on the back side of the home. This was located on the back alleyway side of the house.
This picture was taken at the time the house was not lived in after the crime. Jonbenet bedroom was located over this garage just to the right.

JonBenet was taken to the doctor's office many time by her mother that year, more so in the winter. Many time when your bedroom is located over a garage, and someone warm up one of the cars in the garage with the garage door open. feums enter the home and can make you sick. C O is the cause of many people being sick in the winter,

Ransom Note:
The ransom note was in a upright position as some of each page hung down over the edge of the step. The profile location of the ransom note was step three from the bottom. Step three id at a 90 angle to the glass door at the kitchen. This step is 24 inches above the floor and when the three page ransom note is spread out on step three, it will hang over the edge of the step because the paper use was from a note pad.
The white Christmas light installed on the stair hand rails was white light, and this would bacl light the pages that could be seen from the out side at night.
For the page to be seen from the out side, the three pages would need to be place on step three, on the center of the step and to the right toward the center post. This is for best viewing and MONITORING the ransom note from out side.
The killer would need to know when a family member found the note. Because they may call police.
The killers could monitor the time when Jonbenet was taken down the back steps.
The other two could monitor id the family was to use the kitchen phone to call for help. Next to the all glass kitchen service door in the back hallway was a large kitchen window that had the wall phone in full view. allso in view was the orange can that the water base Sharpie was place in to frame the family. Evey thing could be view or MONOTOR from this single location.
24 inches off the floor, place on the third step for center step to the right with some of the paper hanging over the step in a upright postion, back lite by the Christams lights. What a out side view for MONITORING the house.
Every thing that the killer did point to who the killer is.

Criminal Profiling – The use of observation of a crime scene, or crimes scenes, and the pattern of crimes to determine investigative relevant characteristics of the perpetrator; it is used as a guide for police and other authorities to narrow down a list of suspects and devise a strategy for questioning.

Sadism

– A psychological disorder where sexual pleasure is derived from inflicting pain on others.
Schizophrenia – A group of disorders manifested in delusions, disturbances in language and thought, mood shifts, and maladaptive behaviors.

Arranged Crime Scene – A disposal site where an offender has arranged the body and other items to serve as a ritual fantasy, sometimes done to humiliate the victim and/or shock whoever might find the body.

Anger Excitation Behavior – A classification of sexual violence motivated by arousal at the suffering of the victim.

Blitz Attack – The delivery of overpowering force, usually performed in a manner of surprise so as to incapacitate a victim or deliver a death blow.

How was the killer thinking?

The ransom note was printed before the crime. PROFILE.

As the killer printed the 2 and 1/2 page ransom note, how did he get the ideas he printed in the note. The design of the note was to get the family not to call 911 because he will be in the home to complete this crime. The note turn out to be to short because the family called for help.

In the wine cellar and hall way, red army knifes were found near the crime scene.

Victorinox Swiss Army Executive Red Pocket Knife.

Victorinox

The ransom note was sign with the word Victory.

Was the name of the knife importance to the killer?

The killer travel on foot, bike and bus. What was found at the crime scene to support this?

Whether you're an ambitious mountain hiker or simply strolling through the woods to grandmother's house, the Hiker by Victorinox Swiss Army features all the tools you'd need for your trek without bulking down your gear.

The Ransom note;

The killer printed the ransom note with a art quality Sharpie marker.
He was not concern about any one knowing who he was by his print stile.

He travel on foot, bike and bus.

Trek:

A.: to walk usually for a long distance
B:: to travel by walking through an area with many mountains, rivers, etc., for pleasure and adventure.
C:: to go on a long and often difficult journey.

The ransom note has instruction that said it will be difficult. So be rested.

Trek Mountain Bike:

Foot, Bike and bus

Four lbs. sleeping bag:

Rock climbers and hikers need a sleeping bag when one travels on foot, bike and bus.
This can fit inside the back page as he travels.

White cotton like fibers were found at the crime scene, they were not ID to the home.
What was these fibers?

Sleeping bags are filled with white fibers, and it look like cotton fibers.

The sleeping bag, the most importance item a hiker can carry.

JonBenet was found with two white blankets tuck close to her body just like how the climber/hiker s trained.

Compulsion – A strong, usually irresistible urge to perform a particular act, especially one which is irrational and/or contrary to ones will.

Criminal Profiling – The use of observation of a crime scene, or crimes scenes, and the pattern of crimes to determine investigative relevant characteristics of the perpetrator; it is used as a guide for police and other authorities to narrow down a list of suspects and devise a strategy for questioning.

The killer travels on foot, bike and bus. Jonbenet was never to leave the house to complete this crime. The plan was to stay in the house, the finish basement with JonBenet to complete this crime. Use the basement phone to call in the ransom call between 8 and 10 am.
That said, the killer had one chance to convince the family not to call police using the short 2 and 1/2 page ransom note.
Every other ransom crime, the killer is not in the house. This one the killer will be in the house and the note needed to be longer than it was because the family call for help and the killer had seven minutes to leave the property before the police arrived
The ransom note was to short and it did not work, The crime ended at the time of the 911 call to police.

The morning before Patsy found the Ransom note she went to the hall way next to JonBenet bedroom. She noted the JonBenet bedroom door was in a all most close position and this was not as she left it every night. She would close it just enough to shade the hall way ceiling light from shining into JonBenet eyes. This was JonBenet nightlight.
There is a place in the neighborhood that a person could monitor this daily action. The hall way light would some what shine into JonBenet bedroom and this could be seen from the place of interest. The killer could monitor this action from out side the home by the light shining into her bedroom.
if the killer has a lookout person
monitoring the crime, then when the bedroom door is close all most all the way, the light from the hall way would not shine into JonBenet bedroom and would look dark vied from out side the house. This could be used as a monitoring signal that the crime is on.
JonBenet has been taken from here bedroom in this crime, A signal.
The Ransom note could all so be seen from this place of interest. The person could monitor the ransom note placement and the time the a family member located it. This time is importance as the crime is on.
The only way that the three page ransom note could be seen from the point of interest is to place the ransom note on the steps in a upright position. This position the note can be monitor from the out side the house.
Now that said, what could support this profile.
Patsy step down the back steps with items in her hands, as she step down the last steps, she turn around to view what was place upright on the lower steps. The ransom note was in a upright position, she could not step on the pages but on the steps. What would support this? The pages had no foot prints on the paper and folds.
Boulder police tried to walk over the flat place pages and they said it could not be done in a flat position but could be done only if the ransom note was place in a upright position.
The killer said in the ransom note that the family would be monitor and two other would be involve.
The placement location of the backpack and the upright placement of the three page note could be monitor from the place of interest.
Monitor the family and the crime as printed in the ransom note.
You may view the 1996 property lay out at the official web site, Facebook - JonBenet Investigation. This scale drawing will show you the place of interest to monitor the crime scene.

Jonbenet was cover over the top of her with Two white blankets. Her head and feet were not covered. This placement was not to hide her of keep her warm because the blankets was not place under her on the cold unheated concrete floor.

So what was this done for?

People that work with dead body know that temperatures will play a part on how fast rigor mortise set in.

Placing two white blankets over the body cool the body faster as the floor act as a cold plate.
The head and the feet lose the most heat in a person, so leaving these areas uncovered would help in the body heat lost as a living child.

Did the killer have a morgue or body transport job?

Stun guns are used with cows to speed up rigor mortise in the meat production. The use of high voltage speed up the action of rigor mortise and this make the quality of the meat better.
JonBenet had mark that many point to a stun gun being used on her before the time of death.
Stress and hard work just before death will speed up the onset of rigor mortise.
The profile time of death is at the time of the 911 call to police.

Farm stile stun gun..........

All experts know that rigor mortise can not be used to pin point the time of death. It us only used as just a estimate of time of death.

One most know how the body was kept.

Temperatures, stress levels and stun guns all speed up the onset of rigor mortise.

The profile and he crime scene face will be best time of death, the time of the 911 call to police.

John reported to police that he thought the killer was still in the house that morning.

The writer of the ransom note print the letter S like the number 5.

Printing the number 5 and letter S How to Print The killer prints the letter S with the same hand movements as if he was printing the number 5. Our JBI profile tell us that the number 5 is very important to him. He may live by or travel on a highway with the number 5 in its name. We write with our brain, not our hands. The number five will have a close and important connection to the killer.
The location S.B.T.C. has a main interstate highway near by called (highway 5.)

S.B.T.C.

When a person has a rock climbing and trail guild back ground, he must use tools of the trade.
The climber need a way to mark up maps of his travels. Sharpie markers work well and are the marker of choice.

Note pads are a tool of the rock climber and trail guilds to plan and return back safe from his travels.
He need to know how to tie knots
White cords are used on his tents
Carabines are used for many items
Backpacks are how he travels
Protection, stun gun is common tool kept by the climber
Hi-tec shoes are most common shoe for climbers

Many climbers drawl pictures of their travels, convent had green paint on her chin.
Paint brushes are used by artiest.

Water base ink Sharpie mark are saft for art work, Artie's know this, the marler left at the crime scene was out of production for many years. Supple stores sell these old markers.
Fingerless black wool gloves are use by climbers and shed fibers for the cut of tip end of the gloves. His helps to tie knots. Black fibers was found at the crime scene.
Ice axe are a tool of the trade. Cut marks in the cut down pine tree had marks that match theses tools.

Black duct tape is a fix all for climbers and can be found at surplus stores they supply climbers and trails guild across the US and Canada.

Brown paper bags are used by climbers to hold human wast intill they leave the parks. take in - take out. this is known by climbers. the ransom note use this way of thinking. If the killer that travel on foot, bike and bus was to be stop with $118.000.00 in his backpack. Having the money down seep in the back pack mix with outer bags of human water may not be check by police.
The "The delivery will be exhausting so I advise you to be rested." Climbers and guilds way of thinking and talk.

Profile of the killer:

The profile of the killer that he has a rock climbing and trail guild background.
The crime was committed in the home with the family asleep, FEARLESS.
A rock climber hang high off the ground with just a cord and a knot or carabiner. Fearless.
The killer use a tent cord to kill JonBenet.
White tent cord are use by climber and trail guilds that match the crime scene.
Special knots were use to kill JonBenet.
Special knots are use by climbers and trail guilds every day.
Black wool fibers found at the crime scene to wipe JonBenet.
Fingerless black wool gloves are used by climber to keep their hand warm and the fingerless tip helps the climber tie the special knots.
Carabine imprint was found in the salt covering the wine cellar door next to Jonbenet body.
Climber use many sizes of carbiners in their climbers and hicks.
A Hi-Tec foot print was found in the wine cellar next to JonBenet body.
Hi-Tec hiking shoes are used by climbers and trail guilds, that is what this show is made for.
A 50 foot rope was found in a bedroom of the Ramsey's home and could not be ID to the family.
50 foot rope are use by climbers, common to the climber.
A back pack was found at the crime scene that was not ID to the family.
Back packs are used by trail guilds, rock climbers and hickeys, Because they travel on foot, bike and bus.
A red knife was found at the crime scene.
Climber allway have knifes, the red one is the most common knife used by climbers, hikers and rock climbers.
Stand gun marks found on JonBenet body.
Many hickers, trail guilds and rock climber have stun gun with them for protection as they travel light and safety is importance to them out far on the trails for many weeks.
The ransom note requested $20s as part of the ransom money.
$20 s are use by hiker's, climbers and trail guild because it is easy to use and most dining the tip can be include in the $20 with out the need for changes.
The ransom note requested that the many be place in a brown paper bag.
All pro climbers and trail guiles and rock climber know that the rule is "take in= take out" to keep the park clean,.This is for human wast. not left in the parks.
The thinking of the killer is to put the money in a brown paper bag and polace the bags with the other brown paper bags of his human wast. If he is stop on foot, bike or but, the police may not want to open the money bag because the police may think it was human wast. This type of think in the ransom note fit the person that travel on foot.
So, JonBenet was never to be taken out of the house for this simple crime to work. Just stay in a warm and dry basement of a very lager hour with JonBenet.
Use the basement phone to give instructions and leave JonBenet in the house after the crime.
The ransom note would give instructions not to call police and the crime move forward.
The killer need to print in the ransom note many time SHE DIES if they do not follow the instruction to the letter because he will be in the house.
The 911 call is place and his preplanned crime is over, no money too.
He is mad and does as he printed in the ransom note, Killer's JonBenet and leave the house form the butler door that was found open the next day by police.
A call was place to the house at 10:00 am and the person did not say a word.
The ransom note printed that a call would be place between 8 and 10 am.

The question is:

Was JonBenet hide in the basement?

NO she was not.

As you step down the basement steps, you will need to turn to the right. In plane site at the end of a hall way was a white color door. As soon as you see this door, you will want to open this door and look inside.

The door was a 1930s wood panel door and it had weather stripping at the bottom of the door and a wood and screw lock at the top. This door is in plane site right at the end of a well lite hall way. This door is the first thing you see as soon as you get to the bottom of the basement steps.
As you open the door, you will be in a concrete design room, the size of this room is 10 foot 12 foot. In the center of the room covered with two white blankets was JonBenet body. The blanket was not place on here to hide her but left he feet and head uncovered. this was not place there to hide her. The two white blankets was tuck in close to her body. JonBenet was place in the center of the room and her feet pointed to the door.

So the question is, was JonBenet hidden in the basement? No she was not.

Now this tell us some thing about the killer that day.

Many note pads in house.

Boulder police found many note pads in the house. One note pad was found in the back hall way on a counter. These many note pad found in the house was used by the family and friends. Small notes and reminders were common uses of these note pads.
The note pads were not custom printed and did not have any one names on them ID these pads to a single person. These were use by many in the family and friends.
Not that said, Why would Boulder police say these pad were Patsy note pad when they were use by many?

What was Boulder police thinking?

Now you know the rest of the story.

The killer took items and then put them back.

He took a note pad from a counter in the hall way and put it back.
He use a water base Sharpie marker he had and put it in a orange can under the kitchen phone.
He open and close JonBenet bedroom door.
He took a paint stick, broke it into three pieces and put the brush end back in the paint tote.
He paint a green strip on JonBenet chin and replace the tub of paint back into the tote.
Other items were use and replace in this crime by the killer.

The profile of the killer is to replace items back in their places even if it was not the Ramsey's items.

The three ransom note gave instruction to what to do and what not to do or she dies.
As they had the ransom note in their hand, they did not follow the instructions to the letter and the killer killed JonBenet as he printed in the ransom note. He left the house from the basement to the butler door to the alleyway.
