This photo is the North side of the house near the butler kitchen service door that found open and un lock by police and was a few steps from the basement door. The door in the picture is a un lock heating room and could have been used by the killer as place to monitor the family before the crime.

There are animal hairs that are found. There is a supposed beaver hair that is on the duct tape. There are also animal hairs found on her hand.

Brown cotton fibers are found on the broken piece of the paintbrush. Brown cotton fibers are found on the duct tape, on the ligature, and on the body of JonBenet.

Light brown, cotton fibers: These fibers were found on wood shards of the broken paintbrush, the duct tape, the nylon cord and on JonBenet's body. Smit wonders if the killer wore gloves.

Prosecutors turned over long underwear JonBenet was wearing to the Bode Technology Group near Washington, which used a new technique called "touch DNA" to find previously undetected DNA evidence.

Touch DNA involves scraping genetic material that could not otherwise be seen. Two samples were found on the sides of her long underwear, in an area where an attacker would have pulled them down.

The results, reported to prosecutors in March, indicated the newly discovered DNA matched the DNA found earlier, and was not from the Ramsey family. Lacy said the presence of the same male DNA in three places on the girl's clothing convinced investigators it belonged to JonBenet's killer, and had not been left accidentally by an innocent party.

Did an intruder kill JonBenet?
Detective says the evidence doesn't point to parents

Crime Classification Manual (CCM) as a personal cause homicide.

One of John Ramsey's  attorneys, L. Lin Wood, said  the documents released  Friday are "nonsensical"  and the grand jurors didn't  have the benefit of having  the DNA results. "The Ramsey family is  innocent," he said. "That  part of the case, based on  the DNA evidence, is a  done deal."

Grand Jury Report From 1999  A grand jury found what they though was complete evidence to indict the parents of  JonBenet Ramsey for child abuse and accessory to first-degree murder in the 6-year- old's death, newly unsealed documents revealed Friday 10-25-2013, nearly a decade  after DNA evidence cleared the couple. The grand jury did not have the most   importance evidence of DNA found at the crime scene that links a unknown white male  to this crime. This support what the family had said all a long. The DA did not move the  indictment forward because the evidence could not be link to any one at that time.
