Patsy Ramsey 911 call to police.

Link to audio:
http://mp3.911dispatch.com.s3.amazonaws.com/jonbenet_911.mp3

On December 26, 1996, Patsy Ramsey, then of Boulder, Colorado,  made a 911 emergency call to the Boulder Regional Communication  Center to report the kidnapping of her daughter, JonBenét.
The 911 call  was recorded, and  (July 2003) the Boulder County District Attorney's  office has released audio copies of Patsy Ramsey's 911 call in the form  of audio cassette tapes and audio CD's.
It was 5:52 a.m. when Patsy Ramsey called 911 from a wall phone in  her kitchen to report her daughter was missing.
She was standing only  feet away from where the ransom note had been found, at the bottom of  the back stairwell that leads to the second floor where JonBenet’s  bedroom was located.
After extensive processing and analysis, we conclude that recordings of  the 911 emergency call made by Patsy Ramsey to report the kidnapping  of her daughter JonBenét do not contain any audible conversation  between any of the Ramseys following Patsy's hanging up the phone.

Mountain Standard Time - Boulder CO
A time zone is a region on Earth that has a uniform standard time for legal, commercial,  and social purposes. It is convenient for areas in close commercial or other communication  to keep the same time, so time zones tend to follow the boundaries of countries and their subdivisions.

Standard time zone:  UTC/GMT -7 hours

Ransom Note Text:
“I will call you between 8 and 10 am tomorrow to instruct you on delivery.“  8 a.m. and 10 a.m. was printed in the ransom note, was this the killer’s at work, break habits?

Work Hours and Breaks - 1996
Federal law does not require lunch or coffee breaks.
However, when employers do offer short breaks (usually lasting about 5  to 20 minutes), federal law considers the breaks as compensable work hours that would be included in the sum of hours  worked during the work week and considered in determining if overtime was worked.
Unauthorized extensions of authorized  work breaks need not be counted as hours worked when the employer has expressly and unambiguously communicated to  the employee that the authorized break may only last for a specific length of time, that any extension of the break is contrary  to the employer's rules, and any extension of the break will be punished.
Bona fide meal periods (typically lasting at least 30 minutes), serve a different purpose  than coffee or snack breaks and, thus, are not work time and are not compensable.

Traditions of Christmas Bells

Bells, especially Church Bells, have traditionally been associated with Christmas for a long time.
In the Anglican and Catholic  churches, the church day starts at sunset, so any service after that is the first service of the day.
So a service on Christmas  Eve after sunset is traditionally the first service of Christmas day!
In churches that have a Bell or Bells,
They are often rung to  signal the start of this service.
In some churches in the UK, it is traditional that the largest bell in the church is rung four  times in the hour before midnight and then at midnight all the bells are rung in celebration.
In the Catholic Church, Christmas is the only time that Mass is allowed to be held at Midnight.
This is because in the early  church, it was believed that Jesus was born at midnight, although there has never been any proof of this! A lot of Churches  have midnight services on Christmas Eve, although not every church will have a mass or communion as part of the service. In many Catholic countries such as France, Spain and Italy, the midnight mass service is very important and everyone tries to  go to a service.
The killer may also not want to miss the midnight mass service on the 25th. Is this why the 26th was chosen?
In Victorian times, it was very fashionable to go carol Singing with small hand Bells to play the Tune of the Carol. (S.B.T.C.)
Sometimes there would only be the bells and no singing! Hand bell ringing is still popular today.
Just like in 1996 at Midnight.
The Victorian name Victoria is a French word that stand for Victory and just like the French word for briefcase is  attache case, both words was used in the wording of the ransom note.
There was little silver/Gold bells installed on a small white Birch tree located in the front of the house next to the makeup air vent  that was installed in the basement window.
These bells could be heard when ringing from the wine cellar door location at Midnight.

Ransom Note -

Page One -

Dog-Earing
Page One of ransom note - bottom left  Dog-Ear
Page  Left corner
The Ransom Note was printed on white paper taken from the middle of a note pad  of paper located at Ramsey’s' home and printed with a old marker found in side a  can located in the kitchen.
Additional sheets were missing from the note pad and  was never located at the crime scene.
The marker used to write the Ransom Note  was sourced to an out of production marker was found placed in with other pens in  a normal place for pens by the kitchen phone.
Also, there was another page in the  note pad that was written on it "Mr. and Mrs. I," which many experts believe to  have been an early "false start" of the Ransom Note.
The crime scene techs inside the house had recovered three Sharpie felt-tip pens  from an orange metal container that was on the kitchen counter beneath the  telephone from which Patsy called 911 that day, The ransom note came from a  note pad on a counter top near by, the U.S.
Secret Service had determined that  one of those pens, a pre-November 1992 water- based ink Sharpie marker, was  used to write both the practice and actual ransom notes.
The Secret Service,  which maintains a database on inks because of federally mandated assignment to  locate forgers.
The ink on the ransom notes was unique in the collection of  approximately 6,900 ink standards from the Ink Library.
The JBI profile predict that  the killer brought the markers to the crime scene because he uses this type of  water base safe ink on his art work, leaving the markers there to set up the family.
The Sharpie marker was about 5 inches long just like the broken paint stick use in  this crime.
The killer Dog-Ear the first page of the ransom note to keep track of  page one as he moves around the house and completed the note. JBI testing  shows it takes about 30 minutes to print the ransom note.

Dog-earing is also commonly used to mark a  section in a note pad that one finds to be  important or of personal meaning.

The Other Side of Suffering

The untold story of how John Ramsey survived unspeakable tragedy and learned to  hope again. Like the biblical Job, John Ramsey had it all-wealthy, social position, a loving family.  And like Job, Ramsey was destined for great affliction, as many of the most precious  things in his life were cruelly taken from him.  In this remarkable book, Ramsey reveals how he was sustained by faith during the  long period of spiritual darkness, and he offers hope and encouragement to others  who suffer tragedy and injustice.

John Ramsey sits down with The 700 Club's Scott Ross to share how faith helped him through the aftermath of JonBenet Ramsey's murder followed by the death of his wife years later.

Paint Brush Stick
Broken to Size
- Fat - Cat’s Tongue -
Paint Brush
A filbert is a flat brush but it has a chiseled rounded edge instead of a straight one.  Sort of like a cat’s tongue. When you look at the brush from the chiseled edge, the  hairs should form an even oval edge.
As a tool for base coating, these types of paint brushes can't be beat!
The shape of  the hairs eliminates ridges.
It can be used for side-loading similarly to a flat brush to  create shades and highlights.
It's also used for blending. And because it can hold a fair amount of water, it’s also  great for applying washes of color.
And lastly, because of its shape it’s perfectly  suited for doing leaves, flower petals and bird feathers.
The killer broke off both ends of the paint brush stick.
The broken center section was   the same size as the black marker uses to print the ransom note.
By Design. ( About  5 Inches).
The 12 inch long brush was broken to a 5 inch piece and the brush hair  end was 3 1/2 inches and place back in the tote.
The small pointed end was also 3  1/2 inches in length and was never found at the crime scene.
Testing the wood  fibers found near the tote has shown that the tip end was use on JonBenet in this  crime.
There were other paint brushes in the paint tote that was 5 inches in size but  the killer pick this large paint brush and broke it to size.
The 1/2 inch diameter paint  stick would be hard to break by hands for most people.
Testing shows us that the 5  inch stick had other uses in this crime.
A nylon cord was ties to the center of the 5  inch stick.

(FILBERT, CAT’S TONGUE & OVAL WASH is the pictured brush).

Look for the cat drawing on the carpet next to the paint tote, left side.
