Those wasn't trick questions or entrapment ones ....so why didn't she answer them...Knowing by not doing so could harm the investigation.

Kizzy you are coming across rather petulant.  But if you want to believe Ghislaine Maxwell was involved then it's quite clear nothing I or anyone else on here has to say on the matter is going to dissuade you.  Fill your boots.  Do you think she crept into the apartment herself, or do you think Gerry delivered Maddie to her on her yacht?

This alleged sighting really is nothing of the sort. It's from a dubious source, in the wrong place and the wrong context.

The Smith sighting, however, in my opinion, remains one of the more credible witness reports in the case, but it has not been definitively explained or resolved to my knowledge.

No one identified as the man carrying the child that night has come forward.

Again, quite why this completely unrelated (to the case) set of witnesses would voluntarily inject themselves into the case several weeks later is also to be explained. I doubt it was for any personal gain / fame / infamy / ulterior motive, given that the family visited their co-owned apartment regularly.
It's an odd one.

Interestingly they only came forward after their acquaintance Robert Murat was made an arguido.  In my opinion they came forward as a result of that, keen to get him off the hook by saying the man they saw carrying a child that night definitely wasn't him and that they'd have known if it had been.  OTOH they said they wouldn't be able to recognise the man again (not until 4 months later anyway when suddenly Smith's memory miraculously sharpened as a result of a method of child carrying employed by Gerry McCann).   Personally I think the fact that they knew a child had gone missing the very day after the sighting, thought it might have been Madeleine and then chose not to tell anyone for 3 weeks is quite unforgiveable but it does show that some people are reluctant to come forward with information in high profile cases for whatever reason, which could explain why, if Smithman was just a dad collecting his child from the creche, he hasn't ever come forward.

Oh swerl did I believe CB was the abductor  five year ago No - seems you fell for it hook line n sinker.

The efit for a sighting in 2009 was the double of G. M...I replied to a post anything is possible in this case.

I should imagine by now you know exactly what I believe.........although you always like to twist it.

I beleive and always have.........the mccs know what happened to Maddie.

You do realise that youtube has been chock full of nonsense about this case for years don't you?  You could put a million youtube videos online and it still wouldn't bring us any closer to knowing the truth about what happened to Madeleine but I am prepared to stick my neck out here and now and say that neither Ghislaine Maxwell nor the McCanns themselves have any idea what happened to her either.   Of course, if Burnt Salamander ever gets round to putting his video online of the McCanns burying Maddie's body on top of a cliff then  I might have to eat my words.  I wonder what he has to say about the Ghislaine connection?  Of course if she's involved then it means the dogs must be lying, unless it was a dead Maddie she was looking to kidnap.  Who knows with these Satanist paedoes eh?

Do we know when the Maxwell/Maddie witness went to the police with their evidence, Vertigo?
Did Maxwell still have her yacht in 2007? Could this be Eleoners yacht?

The evidence we know about has been discussed on here for the last 5 years, over and over again.  It is certainly stronger evidence than that which apparently exists for Ghislaine Maxwell?s involvement.  CB has not been charged but that doesn?t mean he didn?t do it, only that there is not strong enough evidence to charge. 
FYI the McCanns are free too and definitely living in a big house in England.  I guess that means they didn?t do it either.
