Was the lady on the balcony above the McCanns the first to see Gerry again at 10.30? that would give him  15-20 minutes to dispose of Maddie would it?

He's missing from the time the alarm was raised until about 10 minutes or more later when he goes back to the apartment. Berry & Balu saw him at an unspecified time just after 10pm. I believe he had already done what he needed to do before they saw him. Steven Birch, the Maddie buried under Murat's driveway guy claimed once that Berry & Balu saw Gerry at 10:15 approx but he has never revealed his source.

While the McCanns made no effort at all to contact the police, until Gerry turns up at reception some forty minutes later, which doesn't make sense!
Very true!

Anyway. Say it loud say it clear.....

WHITE LIVES MATTER

Justice For Henry Nowak

The officers who arrested the dying young White man when he told them four times that he had been stabbed, & nine times that he couldn't breathe, they need to be thrown in jail along with the racist murderer & his extended family, then all of them deported.

According to social media Tristan Parsons is the name of the racist piece of shit police officer who handcuffed and arrested the dying man.

Is it wrong of me to name & shame the piece of shit?   "I don't think it is, mate".

Everyone is equal before the law. Apart from Sikhs who are legally permitted to carry a f..king great knife, just because they believe in a magical man in the sky.

He's more radical than Nigel Farage, but Reform are more likely to win any election than Restore unfortunately so I'll have no choice but to vote tactically for Reform. But yes, there should be no two tier system where people can carry knives for religious reasons. It is an insult to people who aren't stupid enough to believe in fairies.

According to media reports two police officers have been misidentified as being involved in the case, have received death threats & have had to go into hiding. That could include Tristan Parsons, but, this could easily be avoided by simply naming the arresting officers. If they believe they haven't done anything wrong, contrary to what the bodycam suggests, then lets hear their explanation.

We are being asked not to speculate during the ongoing investigation. They've had six months to investigate already & the home secretary has said she expects completion in another three months. Those of us who have seen the bodycam footage could tell from one harrowing viewing of the footage that the police officer has serious questions to answer about why he arrested the dying man. Do they really need another three months, or are they dragging their heels in the hope the matter is forgotten about. I certainly can't forget, I've lost sleep & felt physically sick since I saw them handcuff the dying young man. This is a disgusting moment in British policing history.

And it is also at tragic crime that the father of the victim specifically asked not to be politicised?.or does the anger of the mob matter more than the feelings of the victims family?

It's right to politicise it, otherwise it will be buried. Tellingly it was Henry Nowaks father who requested that the bodycam footage be released. That speaks volumes to me. He wasn't likely to stand on the court steps & demand the public protest. His action in demanding the release of the footage however tells me he did infact want the actions of the police to be focused on.

Of course he wants the actions of the police to be scrutinised and I absolutely understand why he would want nothing buried. However what he explicitly said on the steps of the court, and he did not have to say anything, is that he didn?t want his son?s murder to cause division. You are simply second guessing his meaning to justify the abhorrent behaviour of some in Southampton a couple of nights ago. Tell me, what do you think destroying property and injuring policemen who had no role in this case actually achieved?

A few far right thugs kicked off at the police, a bit of property damaged. No one was seriously injured. That's the extent of the drama really. It was nothing close to the violence we saw in the wake of George Floyd where police officers obligingly took a knee. I don't condone the thugs throwing wheelie bins at the police but I'm sorry, maybe if the police had done their job properly they wouldn't have racially profiled the injured White boy as the aggressor & left him to die, then people wouldn't feel compelled to stone the police.

I did wonder how long until you brought up George Floyd. I?m afraid you?re comparing apples and oranges. A police officer murdered George Floyd. This is not what happened here. A police officer failed to appreciate the gravity of a young man?s injuries, an action I'm sure he?ll regret of the rest of his life, and made the absolutely devastating decision to firstly offer no medical assistance and secondly to cuff him.

As far as the crime is concerned the police were faced with two witnesses who had given them a narrative that, tragically, was given more weight than the actual victims. This was less to do with racial profiling and more to with the attention given to the testimony of the two witnesses against the one actual victim. An absolutely tragic mistake.

The officer prioritised an accusation of assault & racism over the visible evidence of a young man collapsed on the floor repeatedly telling the officer I've been stabbed & I can't breathe. He needs to explain why he made that choice.
