As blacks and Muslims make up a significant percentage of NHS staff, that particular state run institution would grind to a complete halt and thousands of white people would suffer as a result, not to mention care homes which would have to close owing to staff shortages.  I really don?t think you?ve thought this through have you?  Most racists haven?t.
