I?d forgotten how vibrant this forum used to be. Thank you for reminding me VS.
Another example over several pages of you using a dead child's parents' decision to start a charity in their son's name to cast shade on the McCanns.  Are you still truly puzzled by my opinion of your oh-so-innocent post earlier today?

Do Daniel?s parents believe that?
Of course not, they're clearly intelligent people.  But YOU do, don't you?  And that is why I suggested that you must think there is something defective in the Morcombes' ability to spot liars and fraudsters for believing the McCanns to be innocent grieving parents.

Actually yes. Why would the Morecombes starting a foundation throw ?shade? on Madeleine?s parents?

It doesn't, but your earlier posts including one entitled "Now THIS is how you use a fund for a missing child" and the subsequent McCann Fund-critical posts on that thread and on the other I linked to demonstrate how you used the Morcombes charity as a way of trying to throw shade at the McCanns.  Please don't try and deny it, it's embarrassing for you when the evidence of your own posting history absolutely proves my point.

Do intelligent people always spot fraudsters?

I?m really confused. What kind of behaviour do you think Madeleine?s parents would display that would alert the Morecombes to the fact that Madeleine hadn?t been abducted?

Dear me, poor you, so puzzled and confused this evening.  What behaviour alerted YOU (someone who has never even met them ) to believe that the McCanns are liars and fraudsters?  Any information about them, the Fund, the case etc  you have had to go on has been equally available to the Morcombes and yet they haven't formed the same opinion about the McCanns as you.  Why is that then?  Are they gullible ignorant fools in your opinion?

It doesn't, but you seem to think it's relevant on the Madeleine McCann forum and have brought it up several times, including starting a thread about it in this forum called "Now THIS is how you use a fund for a missing child".  Why did you do that?

The Morcombes met the McCanns in 2011 for hours over lunch and described them as "really lovely people".

Are they wrong?  Lying?  Stupid?  Incapable of spotting a wrong 'un even if one is staring you in the face?

They didn't have to meet them. They didn't have to reach out to them via email.  They didn't have to have anything to do with them and wouldn't if they had any doubts about their innocence, but they chose to, and not a word of criticism from them about the Madeleine Fund either.  Amazing.
