As it is, Kate and Gerry are rock-solid in their marriage and there is not an iota of evidence other than that (the couple) remain close (platonic!) friends with Dr David Payne (and his wife).

And then the rest is what he's told me, erm, again, I couldn't tell you times, but I know before he went, went to tennis, he popped in on Kate and the kids, erm, and saw them all in their pyjamas, ready for bed, having a story, before going to join for the tennis, so I can only assume that that was between, erm, you know, six and half past'.

We have reliable CCTV evidence showing that the men left the Paraiso at 18.13 and the women at 18.36, so Fiona definitely didn't see her husband playing tennis between 6.30 and 7pm.

Perhaps between 6.45 and 7pm depending on how quickly the women walked back. There were four women, three buggy's [?] and two small children [Ellie and Lily] walking [?].
