I wonder what the point of this 'No comment' was? Not secrecy anyway;
When asked if on any occasion Madeleine was injured, he says that he has no comments........The lawyer for the defence says he wishes the arguido to be asked again if Madeleine bled. To which he said it was common for Madeleine to have nosebleeds. He says that he doesn't know if in fact his daughter bled while on holiday in Portugal

Nosebleeds are often caused by dry air which dries the lining of the nose. It can also be caused by taking antihistamines for allergies and by nose picking. I wonder what caused Madeleine's regular nosebleeds.
It would be interesting to know who had hay fever and why they were using a remedy that was only available on a 'named patient' basis.
terfenadine is only available in the UK on a named-patient basis through specialist importers. There are no longer any licensed preparations containing terfenadine available in the UK (November 2005)
http://www.gpnotebook.co.uk/simplepage.cfm?ID=-1576665050 unlicensed medicines can be imported/used in the UK for the ‘special needs’ of an individual
doctor’s patient. This is known as ‘named patient’ supply. Unlicensed medicines can only be prescribed
by physicians if they are satisfied that there are no suitable licensed alternatives.

http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/RICHARD_SCHOFIELD.htmTheir doctor of 14 months doesn't mentioned prescribing it for Madeleine, but then he doesn't mention if he ever saw Madeleine at all.
