I agree. If the JR is dismissed, I just cant see the CCRC ever re-opening the case unless the High Court was to force them to (which in the scheme of things is extremely unlikely).

For what its worth I believe the Jeremy Bamber case is all but over and this is very evident by the quality of the posts now appearing on the blue forum.  Gone are the days when quality debate could be had about the various issues in the case.  Mike Tesko would appear to have resigned himself to the fact that Bamber is very unlikely to be released for many years yet and then only if he confesses to his crimes.  Tesko knows that such a confession is going to make him and the Bamberettes look like a bunch of idiots but then it couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch.
