Well its finally been announced.  The court hearing to debate whether the review of the Jeremy Bamber case should be reconsidered by the CCRC will be held in two weeks time on thursday 29 November 2012.  Thanks to Carl for bringing this to my attention.

Cool. I will give anyone on the Blue Forum 5 to 1 odds on a bet that Bamber fails miserably yet again! I wonder if any of the Bamberettes will actually acknowledge then that Bamber has no hope of even getting an another Appeal? I doubt it!

No doubt Bamber's blog will continue with his fantasies of getting a chateau and vineyard in France and learning to ski! If Bamber does actually write those blogs, he fully expects to nor only be free but to be rich too!!!

Is anyone going along to hear the arguments?   >@@(*&)
Most people suspect the truth but few are able to admit it.

This is a huge deal. I don't think that people will fully understand the importance of this hearing until after it has happened because 1) If it succeeds it means big things for the Bamber case obviously but 2) If it fails... Bambr is gonig to dissappear for years. The CCRC will not give him another opening for the forseeable future.

Simon is gonig to FIGHT HARD in this hearing.

It is being held at the Royal Courts of Justice in London if what I am being told is correct.

Yes, 10am at the Royal Courts on The Strand.  Will Jackie P and Co be there with their banners?   @)(++(*

I doubt Bamber would be happy if Preece intended to attend.

What is likely to happen in your opinion Mat?

I think it is lost already - I don't see what they can do. Imagine  sitting down with blue, red and yellow flowers........and your wife wants red flowers or you're not getting back in!

How do you give them what they want - when you don't have it?

You can try make her accept what doesn't work....but she won't.

Lose within thirty minutes.

I think our Mr McKay has his work cut out for him trying to persuade judges of the significance of his marvellous new evidence if that is what it amounts to.   Bamber won't be there of course so he will have to await the news just like the rest of us.

It would be magic to be in London though just to see his reaction when the judicial review fails.  That would be priceless!

I must see if we can get reports via twitter.

I wouldn't mind popping along to the RCJ but getting in might be another problem.  Should make for an interesting morning if nothing else.
De troothe has the annoying habit of coming to the surface just when you least expect it!!

Je ne regrette rien!!

Im going to try to go if I can get in the courtroom - its going to be packed and the viewing galleries are quite small.

Actually its ocurred to me that it may not necessarily be in London - the Administrative Court sits in other cities now also. Do we know that it will be at the the Royal Courts of Justice in the Stand?

Are you able to find out for sure frank or is it a matter of telephoning some office at the RCJ ?
