He was never charged with anything in Australia, was he? So there would be no case against him there.

We don't know for sure what took place but it matters little in any event as there isn't any time limit on prosecuting criminal offences in Australia or New Zealand. If he was involved he can still face prosecution.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.

Agreed, this is one of those small matters that the blue forum conveniently brushes under the carpet. And yet  they always bang on about how Julie's testimony means nothing because she is a liar and a criminal. Not like Saint Jeremy, eh?

Bamber supporters are hoping that the Kiwi cops have forgotten about all of this but I will make sure they don't.  I have some friends out there who will do the necessary if need be.  Happy days.

How many other students did the same sort of thing?  The hypocrisy is astounding.

Allegations were made at the time of the murder that Jeremy Bamber had been involved in criminal activity while down under, as in Australia or New Zealand.

In fact, one of the witnesses at the murder trial claimed Jeremy had obtained two Cartier watches in a jewellery heist along with a bag of diamonds.

I would love to see him extradited for his crimes down under......I say bring it on   8((()*/

I would say that this issue certainly will most certainly come to the fore if he were ever to be considered for parole.

I have a natural curiosity about this issue.  It would be worth trying to find out where these crimes in New Zealand actually happened and what is being done about them.  I suppose the starting place would be where Jeremy allegedly did the diver training or where Collins had the coffee shop?
