I'm not aware he even spoke with them on the phone on 7th Aug so I can only assume his mind has become scrambled by his long incarceration or its his attempt to show himself as selfless and caring to counter the Bamber beast narrative.

If during his 34 plus year incarceration he has suffered from anxiety, depression, stress and any other conditions how would we know unless he was forthcoming with such info?  Even if he hasn't been inflicted with any such conditions spending nearly 34 years in a high security prison will by definition mean he behaves differently to the population at large who haven't been incarcerated for 34 years in a high security prison.

I've no idea about his character/personality.  I can only go on his communication with the public and me personally and as far as his case goes I think he talks a load of rubbish.

I believe he's innocent based on my interpretation of the expert evidence and I think JB talks a load of rubbish about his case.  It's not necessary to lap up all the rubbish he peddles about his case eg having alibis, a call from NB to EP and all the stuff he's clearly wrong about eg AP/JW at his cottage on 7th Aug.

Well, what he says is also important but what he says isn't rubbish, it's excuses.
