An invitation to libel...

Only Kate knows why she wrote the book, to speculate is to open ourselves to libel unless very careful.

The book appears to answer the many questions and theories promulgated on the Internet.

Everyone is entitled to express themselves within certain parameters and in my opinion it can sometimes be quite revealing.

"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

So, if you were the subject of police scrutiny and came to the stunning realisation that the police believed you were responsible for your child's disappearance and that they weren't actively seeking anyone else in connection with her disappearance, not only that were leaking details about you to the press, like your private diary perhaps, or their tinpot theories about what they thought you'd done you'd be totally cool with that I suppose?

That's because the questioning was on the basis of the thoughts of the interim report

Who hasn’t written a book about their high profile missing or dead child?  Many of the cases I can think of have accompanying books written by a relative, are they all to be held up for contempt and ridicule, or just Kate McCann?  No need to reply, I already know the answer...

These books were wrote probably in there memory + they were not suspects of unknown crime.

Those parents didn't have a million + fund at there disposal

Besides that we are posting about k mccann booK

Although some think she had no ulterior motive - some do. imo

Where im concerned how can you have respect for that woman - who started that ball rolling in the first place.

She writes a book about her pain etc etc......well what about maddie's...who didn't bring it on herself

Thanks for your entirely predictable response, your opinion of the woman resonates loud and clear in each point.

No problem V S - but i do think you are out of order condemning my opinion - its an open forum for opinions

Its not directed at you or anyone else or even mccanns - its what they have done.

I find it odd that you can have contempt for me - yet  treat the mccanns as victims.

They are not maddie is....they have to be responsible for there actions.

writting a book about her/abduction when still crime unknown imo was wrong.

Same as the film they wanted to make a year after maddie went missing - stopped by public outcry.

All for money money - and imo we all know what that was spent on don't we.

I have no contempt for you personally.  I think your views however are beneath contempt, illogical and based on so many false premises I don’t have the time nor the inclination to point them all out to you, knowing that they will inevitably fall on deaf ears.

I will continue to have contempt for your views as they are based on nothing but bias for the McCanns.

To be correct, your bias is for the McCanns, kizzy is biased against the McCanns.

Call it a tale of two books one i would buy - you would buy the other.

That is the only difference between me and you.

One of the authors is not telling the truth.
