Although Kate's book was entitled 'madeleine' I knew less about her after reading it than I did about the twins.

Well said G.  That is exactly what my colleague and her husband mentioned, along with a few other 'interesting' revelations , which could have been unintentional subliminal sentences.

Do you feel the same for gmccann or is it just kmccann.

You should also think about what maddie went through screaming for the parents that never came.

Torment of being apart from twins.

Unimaginable pain of being away from the things she loved

Distress and grief feeling of self worth loneliness

Not knowing why no one is there to comfort her in her hours of need, ect ect ect ect ect ect.

Maddie may never know what it is to wear earrings.

The mccanns have the opportunity to live a normal life - maddie never will imo
Gerry McCann hasn’t written a book, that’s why I didn’t reference his alleged defensiveness.

What would you have liked to know about Madeleine that you didn’t feel was covered in the book?  Personally  I don’t recall any details about the twins after reading the book.  Madeleine’s personality comes through much more clearly than theirs IMO.

Does that mean you are more interested in your point - than what maddie went through IF abducted.

That's not to be contemplated on this forum - verboten

Well IMO it was called Madeleine as a good marketing ploy - people wanted to know about maddie not kmccann

At only nearly four years of age there won't have been a lot to tell.

It would seem not for long going by their behaviour. She forgave the 'abductor. very quiclky and  saw the pope so  I would assume she may have  felt absolved of any blame. The pope has that power you know, forgiveness at the highest level ,I mean this is GOD on earth we are told...

What a stunt! 8@??)(

Who told you that nonsense?

Hence why call the book Madeleine, if it isn't about Madeleine, and she just gets a mention here and there?

You don’t believe Madeleine was abducted so I’ve no idea why you are trying to deflect from the discussion with your imaginings.

A book solely about Madeleine’s first nearly 4 years of life - is this what people bought the book to read about?  Seriously??

This book is concerned with Kate McCann and why she felt the need to write a book, hence on this thread that is what I am discussing.

But to be fair VS, YOU and other supporters are very keen to be vocal about what people say about Kate n Gerry  , We are constantly told about how they felt even though the writers of those posts, including you, have no notion of how they actually felt, the very idea is hilarious, if it weren't so bloody serious. They may claim to have 'felt this or that, but to KNOW how they felt only they know that!  So, with all this; only asking questions  ('how would you feel if ..... ') mawkish cr@p being asked of non supporters, it beggars belief that you have no interest in how   a three year old child was/is feeling.   it's all about the parents huh.

The sun headlines about their sex life obviously had an impact- why that was in the book about a 4 year old child is beyond me. They book should not have been called after a child if the book was not about the child. Cashing in on their daughters name comes to mind of many I speak with.
