For every action there will be a reaction.

and of course Eleanor, every time recently, the mccanns have a story in the press, it comes back at them.

Justice will be served.

It's looking to me as though it is coming back at Amaral..

But it's really okay.  He said and then someone else says.  It's Law in Portugal now.  Anyone can say whatever they like.

The mccanns will get their just desserts.

You can be sure of that.

Don't forget what the Portuguese and other countries press will do to the mccanns.

In Britain ~ I include Scottish Law in this ~ there are very strict rules about what can and what cannot be reported and when it is allowed to be reported.  This is all inclusive.

Any any breach of this is contempt of court and results in the imposition of severe penalties.

Portugal has "strict secrecy laws" and ... ... ?

One doesn't require to be expert in the finer points of law here and in Portugal to understand the basics.

I think you are overlooking one basic fact which will negate your argument.
Your starter for 10 .....find the fact.

Their fund was down to its last £750,000 in October, with few new cash donations coming in. The Home Office this month stepped in to provide £95,000 to maintain it for six months.

Oh dear, the Sun still cant get the staff, lol

I have absolutely no doubt that this is all going nowhere.  But please forgive me for a passing laugh.

Amaral is a devious, twisted and very nasty article, my opinion of which I can support.  Do you think he might sue me?

I agree Appeal Courts are essential to justice. However, in this case, is the overturning of the conclusions made by the judge a reflection of the evidence submitted or a decision based on the judge's interpretation of the law?

Following this latest court decision, how much money is left in gofundmejusticegoncalo?
