Monclair or Shining would have some idea on that.

Or perhaps ferryman can Google again. 8)--))
I have absolutely no idea on this.  I shall simply wait and see what happens.
What's up, old man?

I have yet to see one of them post a valid basis for an appeal that has not already been examined in the case so far. Name calling of people, organisations and countries doesn't count.

you don't seem to have noticed that amarals appeal was simply the same points revisited.......so the appeal will no doubt be ...the same points revisited

The basis of appeal stands out a mile.

The appeal-court judge (in the judgement just handed down) improperly applied Portuguese law by ignoring that, in writing his book, Amaral breached the rules of judicial secrecy so that the state of to s/he who is willing, no harm can come (the principle the appeal judgement rests on) doesn't (or shouldn't) apply.

This appeal-court judge screwed up.

No they didn't.

It was 3 judges remember.

The ones screwing up were the mccanns, REMEMBER.

The judges got it just right and the mccanns got the medicine they have long deserved.

You mean you don't know ?

I mean it hasn't been announced.....so as yet it appears they have not...in that case not really any sort of victory. You would have to ask why the assets have not been released and the answer is simple

you assume ...thats a mistake...the book was on sale before the last verdict whilst his assets were frozen.
There does not seem to have been any decision on the frozen assets...strange for those who think amaral has won

The grounds of appeal is blindingly obvious: misapplication of Portuguese law.

Simple as that.

So long as the judge at the Supreme Court, who hears the appeal, is as honest as the judge at the court of first instance, the McCanns will absolutely fine.
