It would seem that The Sun is attempting to gain a few brownie points after their home goal pr attempts pursuant to the Hillsborough disaster.

"Two of the men were later seen rowing intensely on a balcony near to the complex but when asked if they had seen a little girl who had gone missing said 'no'. "

Oh dear  the Sun seems to have got themselves so very confused. They have taken a discussion which happened in the street (source: Redwood on Crimewatch) and teleported it up to a balcony, and by coincidence the effect of the Sun's misunderstanding is to artificially make these men look more suspicious.

.....

'Mobile phone experts have linked a series of phone calls between the men before and after Madeleine went missing.

They were made near to the McCanns' apartment on the night she went missing.

Good bit of cardio after a hard nights child snatching.
Note the report does not have a date, nor does it attribute to an author.

Just as well.  It has gone from Crimewatch, Oct 2013, where two men were heard talking very loudly in Rua Primeiro de Maio, and upon being noticed by an observer, quietened down and moved off, TO ...

Two of the men were seen rowing intensely on a balcony.

What utter baloney.  As is much of the rest of the article.
What's up, old man?

Crimewatch. The invasion of the blonde haired men, lurking suspiciously, hanging around wearing shorts  on balconies & talking in hushed tones.

Yes the Sun (or whatever media manipulator fed it to them) have completely fabricated two men "rowing intensely" on da Silva's balcony.

The Sun has named the three men and effectively labelled them child abductors.  I would think they have an extremely good case for libel against the Sun assuming of course that they are innocent?

Has The Sun gone too far this time?

Number 5 is where two men were having a loud discussion in the street at about 11pm.
Rua 1 Maio is the north-south road which number 5 is on.

Here is the map by itself (I posted only the link to avoid taking up page space)

The Mail and Sun know these 3 men are too poor to sue them.
At least the Mail waters it down with their wording "According to the Sun ... It's claimed ...."

Who saw them?

Russell and Dave met up near there at one point;

And then, and then found my way out of the, the Shopping Centre and actually came out at the other end from where, well a different entrance, I didn’t come out the same way I don’t think, erm, and, erm, it was actually on the road that comes down in front of the Baptista Supermarket.  I don’t know whether I searched a little bit more around there, but not long thereafter I met Dave coming down the road in front of the Supermarket, erm, just looking terrible, just pale, erm, you know, sort of, you know, sort of fear in his eyes, saying, you know, ‘This is’, erm, ‘This is really bad.  This is bad’, you know, ‘No-one’s found her.  No-one’s found her’.  Erm, and I don’t know what happened at this point particularly,

Yes G-Unit as soon as that Crimewatch came out I posted that 2 T7 had a loud discussion next to Luztur (commercial centre) and that is the loud discussion which a witness saw and heard and is number 5 on Redwood's map. The Sun have taken this discussion, teleported it up to da Silva's balcony in Luztur, discarded the T7 searchers, and replaced them with da Silva and a friend arguing publically about a supposed burglary-abduction, that is how desperate the current PR is.

Oh, this is going to be OGs defense then for closing the case without finding her/finding out what actually happened...blame the Portuguese police, how original  *&*%£

Botched burglary is actually the most ridiculous theory that there is surrounding this case...

OK so these genii know those who were responsible and think they have been questioned.
Shall we follow that to it's logical conclusion?
Or shall we believe the fairy story and follow that to its logical conclusion?.
