It is highly unlikely that someone who was on a sedentary medication would become deranged.
Going back to where they all were before the shooting and what was the 'suggested' trigger for the 'drugged' small female to go and get a gun, with plenty ammo.
This was planned massacre a deranged person doesn't plan. if guns were all over the place, how did she know which gun and ammo could be used together at such short notice being deranged. According to witnesses she never did any shooting to be that knowledgeable

The other burning question people should have asked, if Jeremy saw rabbits outside why didn’t he pick up one of the two other rifles Nevill kept that did indeed have both scopes and silencers attached? You NEED both attachments to kill rabbits, so why would he pick up the rifle that he claimed didn’t have a silencer and scope attached? Eh?
Of course, everyone knows that rifle had them attached...he removed the scope on the sly, and then hid that rifle somewhere. Just like he hid the kitchen phone. He didn’t leave that rifle on the kitchen worktop....Nevill would have seen it, as would June!
