Martin Grime said 'suggestive of cadaver odour' to be determined by forensic testing ... positive source in the vehicle was not Madeleine's ... there was no confirmation of 'cadaver' anywhere else.
I believe that equates with a false positive as far as the reaction of the dog is concerned.  Therefore an irrelevance.

Did he?
Show us where he used that precise wording.
According to the archived files he said:
My professional opinion as regards to the EVRD’s alert indications is that it is suggest
ive that this is “cadaver scent” contaminant.  This  does  not  how  however  suggest  a  motive  or
suspect  as  cross  contamination  could  be  as  a  result  of  a  number  of  given  scenarios  and  in
any event no evidential or intelligence reliability can be made from these alerts unless they can be confirmed with corroborating evidence(201/07.0GALGS, p. 2477).

That is close to what Brietta said.  "suggestive that this is “cadaver scent” contaminant" = 'suggestive of cadaver odour' well close enough in anyone's language.

It could be the Abductor.
Do you think you could work out a scenario where the abductor's DNA ends up in the boot of the McCann's rental car hired more than 20 days after the event?

Now to me that would be suspicious,  only Kate McCann's fingerprints on the window,  didn't the maid clean the windows?   That sounds as though the intruder wiped the windows down.   Didn't the McCann's say they closed the windows afterwards?
Gerry was said to have closed the window, but he might have been careful at that stage to close it without leaving his finger prints on it.

Do you actually need to touch a closed window to clean it?

Report by Joao Barreiras, Assistant Specialist 2007/05/04

At apartment 5A, Ocean Club: Inside glass of the window in the children's bedroom. Five prints were recovered; three of the middle finger of the left hand and two of the index finger of the left hand of the mother of the missing child.

I suppose it could be possible to clean the glass on the window without touching it.   What about the frames?   So Kate's prints were on the window,   that wouldn't be unusual to me,  she could have looked out of the window to see if she could see intruder or Madeleine.   Would she have opened the window with her left hand?

That's not the bit I was on about.
Brietta appears to have modified the text/inserted words that do not appear in the archived document.
I wish to know where she obtained the version she quoted.
A not unreasonable request on my part, forum rules and all that, which presumably apply to moderators as well as us oiks.

They were the four words in speech marks "Martin Grime said 'suggestive of cadaver odour' to be determined by forensic testing"
I think she was quoting more or less from the Martin Grimes report rather than the final report not meaning to be word for word.

Good point wouldn't she tend to use her right hand?

But if she leaned out of the window looking to see if Madeleine had just fallen outside she might touch the window with her left hand considering the window opened by sliding to the left.  Kate admits looking out the window.

i can easily clean a window pane without touching the window .why would you need to touch the frames ? This is a holiday apt ? Deep cleaning would only be done between guests so far as I’ve observed cleaners doing my hotel rooms .
Note only Kates fingerprints were on the window .
It’s simply no use arguing with forensic evidence to suit your questioning which hand she would use..

I think you have missed the point. Determined by forensic testing doesn’t appear in Grimes report.

When did they say they closed the window? SB said Gerry closed the window but his fingerprints were not found.

"Gerry, who followed her and the elements of the GNR, said he did close the window because of the babies sleeping in the room, a fact she confirms." http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/SILVIA_BATISTA.htm

Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

The PJ must have accepted that as fact.

The word forensic appears 18  times in Martin Grimes' report. http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/MARTIN_GRIMES.htm
For example:
"Therefore in this particular case, as no human remains were located, the only
alert indications that may become corroborated are those that the CSI dog
indicated by forensic laboratory analysis."
Would you agree "forensic laboratory analysis" is practically the same as "forensic testing"?
