Great.  So it is a lie to say she refused to co-operate with the police inquiry.  At least we got that sorted.  Nearly six hours of answering their questions is alot of chat.

She was there for that length of time. Her degree of participation and cooperation is open to question - unless you have evidence to say otherwise.

Or maybe not -

Erm...yes, in the link provided by G-Unit earlier, from the files, hope that’s a reliable enough source for you

That would be unbelievably long for someone in Kates mental state at that time.  In my opinion.  I bet she could hardly think straight.

But then Amaral is known for his, IMO, inhuman treatment of his suspects, isn't he ?  Leonora  Cipriano
A wee 'IMO' and the transparent rhetorical context doesn't stop the comment being defamatory. You'll need your facts straight if you're going down this line.

Puzzled by the disparity in moderation.
Sadie's post should have been deleted on sight.
But I am a bore - I'm here. Not exactly mountain biking in Snowdonia, on a surveillance OP in the Med.

Not very far dear, in fact I quoted it in my post to which you replied, so I’m sure you’ll manage to find it if you try hard.

You gotta let it go, it’s the only way.  Accept that there is uneven moderation, and accept that we are all victims of it (apart from SIL and the mods themselves of course).  Now, go climb a mountain while you still can.

Strangely, I was feeling OK. I think by now I’d switched on to autopilot and an inner strength and
calmness I hadn’t expected to find had begun to take over

Indeed I have and she doesn't seem to have said an awful lot during the time period - IMO

Yeah, there were long 20 minute silences where she just stared intently at the questioners, whilst refusing to answer, they just left those bits out of the transcript.

That's either because she didn't... Or lots was left out... Which seems more likely to me

How many hours was Gerry questioned for and where’s his transcript?

Wouldn't it have been helpful if like the rogs... The witness statements had been audio recorded. Unfortunately  the PJ were totally unprofessional imo.  They were able to choose exactly what was and wasn't recorded and what was put in the, statements

Offline Vertigo Swirl

Here we go, four hours and about the same number of pages.  I expect he did lots of prolonged periods of silence too, whilst refusing to cooperate which the police decided not to mention
