It's nice to see Sadie's friends offering her their support. Does that mean that they also subscribe to her theory too? Do they all agree that Madeleine had a precious DNA and that she was abducted so someone could breed with her when she was old enough?

I have my theory Sadie has hers,  Sadie respects mine I respect hers.   Everyone is allowed to have a theory aren't they?

On the actual Thursday we should have been doing wind surfing and we actually did sailing, because there was no wind.

https://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/FIONA-PAYNE-ROGATORY.htm

Were you there? Faro is 60 miles away from PDL. According to Matt it was not windy when he was searching on the beach. And the beach is a windy spot. People were out on their balconies and I haven't heard one witness that night complaining about gusts!

Let's see your evidence of it being a gusty night in PDL?

As I understand it one surfs on the swell of the waves wind or no wind ... vessels which are powered by sail require wind to do so, which makes your interpretation of the witnesses's statement wrong.
If the boats were sailing obviously there was wind which would either moderate or increase later on.  Which is what happened according to Kate's experience.

Do you think the PJ didn't check on that?  In my opinion not even Amaral in his book or documentary questioned the whooshing curtain, wonder why that was.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

It's in the files.  Rebelo requested the weather records.  There is nothing to suggest the PJ coughed up the €300+ to obtain the same.

Kate's experience is that she refused to answer police questions about it. Amaral wouldn't need to comment on whooshing curtains because he concludes that Kate opened the window @)(++(*

Are you aware that in not answering the questions you are jeopardising the investigation, which seeks to discover what happened to your daughter?

Kate McCann: ‘Yes, if that’s what the investigation thinks.’
Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

Are you saying that was something else the Amaral investigation failed to do?

When one checks the dates it is incredible so many diligences which had to wait until until after Amaral was sacked before being checked out by the investigation.
A bit late in the day and definitely long outside the all important golden hours in a missing child case.

Wasn't the all important provenance of the Smiths' reported visits to restaurants on the night of the 3rd May one of them, when no-one could remember seeing a family of nine?

You do know that the PJ were not asking any questions at that stage of the proceedings four months down the line which would further the investigation into Madeleine's disappearance.

They had already written Madeleine off as dead by then without a scrap of supporting evidence.

The investigation you are talking about was now centred on the already tried and tested rule of thumb that the mother 'dunnit'.  Only this time the rule of law prevailed with the accused having access to a lawyer during questioning whose advice was not to answer questions.

What is it you find extraordinary about  a person refusing to answer questions in the full knowledge that to do so would be assisting the PJ in their totally wrong investigation into the wrong case.

The PJ were not investigating what had happened to Madeleine the only investigation they were interested in was investigating Kate.

I would say Kate would have answered any question that would help but knew these, wouldnt.  It's been gone over many times..... Kate was absolutely right not to answer imo...

It is entirely possible for mini storms to come alive between calmer periods, particularly at ocean fronting areas.

And I am sure that you have heard of the * Lull before the storm *, a well as * The storm blowing itself out *

PS.    I think that you are my favourite sceptic, PF, because altho IMO you are often incorrect, you seem sincere  and work very hard following your own route.

No, I am saying it was something the Rebelo investigation chose not to do.

Why do you need to twist my words?

Please give a succinct explanation why you seem to think I have "twisted" your words in my reply.

Because it is obvious you changed it from Rebelo to Amaral.  How simple and succinct does it need to be!

Of course others are allowed to question,   or there wouldn't be any debate would there?   There is no need for ridicule though.

Sadie is a lovely woman who has been through alot.  I don’t agree with her theory and personally find it very far fetched.  Sadie knows this but is completely gracious about it and always very supportive of me when I come under attack for saying things some people on here don’t like.

Sadie, wishing you and hubbie well - Happy New Year xx
