I think Kate and Gerry will be pleased to have it done and dusted at the ECHR, just as anyone would. But I don't think they will be particularly fussed about the process.

I think their focus will be on the continuing Scotland Yard and Judicial police investigation into Madeleine's case and what that turns up.

the case will decide whether what amaral said was backed by evidence ....thats how the balance between 8 and 10 is decided
