What horrific details?

Was she there that night?

Did she do it?

Then what horrific details was she crying uncontrollably about?

She was lying....and that is enough to cause trauma, though self enduced I must add.

Can you explain how lying causes trauma AA ?

Julie didn’t Rob the Caravan Park — thief Jeremy Bamber did.

He sprung it on her and told her to wait outside as a lookout. He coerced her. And she’d have got off with a slapped wrist.

The cheque book of hers she reported stolen was wrong, yes, but it was hardly akin to the Great Train Robbery. She confessed to it, repaid the money, and that was the end of the matter.

Stop making her out to be a gangster — it’s ludicrous.

Pointing out that a person committed a crime isn't 'making them out to be a gangster'; please don't exaggerate. The cheque book wasn't hers and she didn't report it stolen; please try to get the facts correct.

The only evidence that Julie was coerced into partaking in the caravan site robbery is her word. You may believe every word she said, but that doesn't make it true.

Figure it out for yourself.

I’ve already gone into this before about lying under oath and the stress of the consequences that could manifest if Jeremy was not found guilty.

That’s traumatic !

Julie would never have been prosecuted had Jeremy been found innocent.

The case would have simply ended and they’d all gone on their merry way...a guilty man would have got away with murder.

It’s pathetic to even consider that Julie would have sabotaged any chance of getting back with Jeremy by deliberately walking into the police station and giving statements taking many, many hours, saying how he’d murdered his family.

The police interviewed over WEEKS, and never once tripped her up. She was telling the absolute truth.

Julie wouldn’t have told such a heinous lie, knowing she’d not only lose him forever, but she’d forever be a pariah of society had she been discovered that she was making it all up out of spite. Her career would have been over. Future relationships would have been blighted. Her reputation would have been in tatters. She’d have been friendless, and no-one would have believed a word she said again.

Do you honestly believe, that if Jeremy walked away, he would not want JM questioned and arrested for perjury?

She would be looking at seven years in prison if found guilty.

Now that’s traumatic!

So if you believe Julie lied under oath and her ‘uncontrollable crying’ and she had alleged ‘self induced trauma’ - as you see it.

How has she been able to live with herself ?

Don’t you think her trauma would have increased over time ?

Wouldn’t have thought that would need explaining AA

I don’t presume to know what people think, feel or otherwise as you continue to do.

I have no idea of how her lies have impacted on her life and I don’t really care tbh

Don’t ask silly questions, Ag

Julie had to relive in the courtroom al the details Jeremy told her...how the family were shot dead; how many bullets were pumped into their heads

She had to relive the images of seeing them all in the mortuary....

Would that not effect you?

She also must have been repelled by that monster staring at her, knowing she’d once been intimate with him...a murderer. Mass murderer.  Child murderer.

And you think it was abnormal that she was in pieces?

I’m not in the mood for making it up. I want Jeremy out of there.

He read a letter to me over the phone a very long time ago regarding the lie detector test.

I cannot recall what it said or he stated but I know it was looked into and blocked.  It couldn’t go any further at the time.

As for, today, I have absolutely no idea what can and cannot be,done about it.  I doubt the position has changed much but it was something Jeremy requested. THIS was before the CT so maybe that’s why they have not mentioned it.

I have nothing further to add.
Can you remind me what "CT" stands for, please.

Julie and her friend reported their cheque book stolen — I need to check — I thought it was Julie’s but it may have been her friend, but they did it together and the cheque book “stolen” was either Julie’s or her friend’s. They both went shopping with it on the Saturday in Oxford Street.

It’s you who exaggerates, Gunit, and you still know little about the whole case — which shows how you've taken sides without knowing all the facts. How biased is that?

You don’t want to believe Jeremy burgled the Caravan Park, but he admitted to it in court.  Doesn’t that convince you? He said HOW he broke in, and said some feeble excuse that he “wanted to prove a point”. And now you’re suggesting Julie did it? FGS...

Julie didn't know in advance what he was planning to do. He didn't even need to force his way in as he knew how to retrieve the door key from a string behind the door. All Julie knew was that he gained entry to Osea Caravan Park site office, something he was entitled to do as member of the family. She was not to know he intended to rob cash from the place and trash it so as to make it look like a burglar had done it. Julie didn't partake in the robbery, she was effectively a bystander.
