IMO that must be that he had a confirmed alibi for that night.   I was just wondering if anyone was familiar with it.

So are you thinking that phonecall actually happened?    If it did happen Jeremey wasn't at WHF.  If it didn't happen I'm not sure how anyone can reliably say what was happening.

No, I do not think the phone call happened and if it didn't happen then Jeremy is obviously a liar and a suspect! If it didn't happen then he made it up and if he made it up how did he know their was 'trouble at the farm' - why? Because he was responsible.

Definitely not.  I'm trying to allow all possibilities and to see which one closes itself down from the evidence.
