You are correct Holly. Germany's privacy laws mean suspects aren't named even after being convicted; CB wasn't named in the press when he was sentenced to his current prison term.

I would say the only thing known about this supposed suspect is, its not officially known who it is.

Makes you wonder whether the named unnamed guy is the actual suspect.

Whilst your about old girl couldn't produce the official docket naming the suspect could you. It took bilton of the beeb to weadle out the three amigos's.

Brueckner may never be charged with any offence other than the ones he's already been found guilty of.  But that is not my concern.
