Martin Shipton who has been one of main journalists to have written about Michael O’Brien over the years has regularly - and wrongly in my firm view - made claim in his news article on O’Brien that he was in prison for ‘a crime he didn’t commit’

Martin Shipton’s bias on this case is clear for all to see

In 2008 Shipton published a story on O’Brien having passed a lie detector test https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/man-wrongfully-jailed-passes-lie-2149993

Last night, an ITV Wales documentary revealed that a lie detector test undertaken by Mr O’Brien two weeks ago had cleared him of any involvement in the murder of Mr Saunders.

A lie dectector test did not and does not ‘clear’ O’Brien of Philip Saunders murder

Bruce Burgess carried out the test ⬇️

Quick question. Where did you gain all your knowledge and training on dealing with a miscarriage of justice. did you study? Got any qualifications?

Where did you gain all your knowledge of SF? As I've said before,  are you allowed to speak on this forum for someone else? Do you have proof,  cites? How does anyone else know you've even met SF? Do you expect everyone to take your word?

Another axe to grind. You wouldn't believe he was innocent if you witnessed the murder yourself. To you no one is innocent. Don't you think he has been through enough without this nonsense from you?

Interesting that you didn’t ask Parky for proof regarding his/her ‘judge’s direction’ claim. I’m sure the forum would appreciate a little balance from you when it comes to harassment.

To you no one is innocent

Paul Foot’s investigations re the murder of 13 year old Carl Bridgewater and of his efforts in helping to overturn the murder convictions of Patrick Molloy, James Robinson and cousins Michael and Vincent Hickey - aka the Bridgewater four - cannot and should not be compared to how Sandra Lean has behaved

(I’m of the view Bert Spencer murderered 13 year old Carl Bridgewater)

No fraud only in your mind. Doesn't make it true does it? Where does your knowledge come from? Your success rate isn't great either is it?

Below (In bold) is an excerpt from Sandra Leans ‘thesis’ Hidden in plain view

‘O’Brien is convicted but exonerated murderer Michael O’Brien one of the three men found guilty of murdering Philip Saunders back in 1987

“Other factors leading to wrongful conviction are unreliable confessions (O‟Brien, 2008…”

(Above ⬆️ is from Chapter 1 titled ‘Factors leading to wrongful conviction’ bottom of page 6)

I’m of the view - following the overturning of the so called Cardiff Newsagent 3’s murder convictions all 3 men should have been placed under MAPPA restrictions for public protection until such time they proved they didn’t murder Philip Saunders

I remain of the firm view they did murder Philip Saunders

2013
The judges considered that the possibility of pauses in the alleged conversation making it easier for Mr Lewis to record what was said was “fatal” to Mr O’Brien’s position, and they dismissed the application for judicial review’  https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/michael-obrien-man-wrongly-convicted-6350640.amp?__twitter_impression=true

Disappointed to hear Dr Sandra Lean being slagged off in regards to the Luke Mitchell case if it wasn't for Dr Sandra Lean The book would not have been written and the documentary film wouldn't have come about.
Some very ungrateful people out there I must say and I stand with Dr Sandra Lean.

I absolutely stand with Dr Sandra Lean too Michael A O'Brien, there are only a very small handful of people in this country who are as amazing, as knowledgeable , as dedicated, as gentle + as strong as Sandra is x

I think they have all bitten off more than they can chew. All this blagging by Lean? These nonsense claims of this new legal team, in its very early stages. But she knows erm erm that they might want stuff removed from social media? Really? So let us yet again go back to 2018 and that article in the Herald. Those claims then of there being a new legal team and erm appeal? - So this legal team then (cough) to this legal team today (cough). Are a different kind of erm legal team (cough) That one would want social media stuff removed the other not so much?

Or had social media just gotten a bit crazy and out of control? Leans control, Mitchells control? And would making claims of closing down areas of social media be a good way of gaining control? In this game of tug of war? The battle of sides. CM over Lean? For it went from this new legal team, to perhaps requesting that social media be cut back. To Luke requesting that Lean stay and guide this new legal team, to show them the way! (cough cough). To those demands of handing everything over? And for Lean to say this is happening  on the 30th. No legal team mentioned for this handover?

Am guessing this alleged new lawyer won’t be Aamer Anwar https://www.thesun.co.uk/archives/news/574049/jodi-killers-lie-test-worthless/

I'm sure innocence fraud exists, but is it as common as you make out?

It wasn't a serious question. They are such an 'expert' while they berate others . People are curious as to where this expertise comes from.  The question answers itself doesn't   it
