Did he?  Did he know in advance that they would all stick to his orders?  That no one would come running after him to tell him or ask him something?  That he wouldn’t pass someone in the street who worked at the OC who knew him?  That the police hadn’t already been called?  Why didn’t he hide the body before the alarm was raised later in the evening and then stage the abduction reveal for when they were all turning in for the night?  Wouldn’t that make more sense?  Fewer people about and certainly no one searching for starters.

No one saw Brueckner abducting Maddie apparently so it wouldn't be impossible for Gerry to do the same.

According to you the abduction could be carried out in minutes.

Gerry was in the apartment for several minutes, allegedly, then his daughter was never seen again.

Bruckner had a car.  It could have been parked close to the apartment so no need to parade his prey through town, and yes it would have taken minutes, certainly less time to go find a body, carry it through town, find a suitable bin, dispose of it and get back to the apartment unseen while everyone was out looking for your child, and change out of your blood and cadaver smeared clothes .

PS:  You haven’t addressed any of the points in my post.

The point in your post was how could he have known in advance that such & such wouldn't occur.

Which is just a ridiculous point & not worth wasting any time on.

How could Brueckner have known in advance that no one would see him?

See, it's a stupid question.

Bruckner is a high risk taker as evidenced by his masturbating in front of children in close proximity to their parents, obviously not that bothered if he got caught doing so or not.
