Yeah, the Remit.  The one the Met designed specifically to ensure the McCanns heinous crimes were never investigated. Shocking stuff.  Anyone contacted Alex Jones about it?

That's another day down the drain.

There are people around who really do not like the ethos of this forum and have gone out of their way to dumb it down by posting any old repetitive nonsense they can.

It is tiresome given the many thousands of like minded forums there are on the internet from which to chose.

Why do I think the object of the exercise is forum disruption?  Simples ~
  • They can't even be bothered to present a cogent argument.  After all, the old shibboleths have done them fine for fifteen years 🙄
  • I don't think anyone is stupid enough to believe some of the mince they post 👀 as confirmed by the one honest enough to confirm what s/he is all about
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Thanks for reading my Blog y'll.

Back On Topic to what passed for On Topic.

The Remit of SY.

I've always been of the opinion that the remit was to find out what happened to Madeleine McCann and I think they have made an excellent job of it so far.

What have they achieved then?

You aren't wrong.  But it is all such a waste of their time because it isn't working.  And it never will.

Perhaps they really can't bear to have been so wrong.

Brenda was a champion.  After several years of blaming The McCanns, she actually stood up and admitted how wrong she had been.  And I did so admire her for that.

So when it said the remit was;
"To examine the case and seek to determine (as if the abduction occurred in the UK) what additional new investigative approaches we would take"
what it really meant, in your opinion, was;
"To examine the case and seek to determine what happened to Madeleine McCann"

They know what happened, they have said it; she was abducted!

  Oh well case closed then.  Strange that they bothered spending millions on a case they had already solved on day one, still it gives the likes of you something to moan about so money not entirely wasted I guess.

Ahh but they didn't know she was murdered though.
They know that now. She was murdered by Brueckner & Wolters is going to prove as much in 2023.

I too admire what Brenda did.  Particularly as she didn't slink off into the sunset without setting the record straight on how wrong she had been in her condemnation of Kate and Gerry.  What a powerful voice she was in that!

Please do not presume to paraphrase my posts.  "Yah! Boo! Sucks!"  It really contributes nothing at all to the conversation.  Then again I don't think that is ever your intention.

It is so obvious that whatever path Operation Grange followed at the beginning has proved to be a fruitful one all these years down the line.

I understand there is a coterie which is not best pleased with that.  It must be discomfiting for them;  but it is just something they are going to have to learn to live with.

Madeleine was Abducted.  I just don't know for why or by whom.  But someone took a huge risk.  Or they would have done if it hadn't happened in Portugal, where they seem to be much more interested in fitting up Mothers.

I don't know if Brueckner was involved with this or even if he was alone, albeit doubtful if it was him.

And Bonny Braes of course.  I was involved in that because Bonny asked me to tell others that she knew that she had been wrong and that she had been coerced by misinformation.  More power to Bonny Braes as well.

Even from the little we know it is obvious that the phone data the Policia Juducairia had to hand in 2007 justified that certain criminals had questions to answer when the trail was still fresh.

I don't think it is benefit of hindsight that led Operation Grange to play 'catch up' six years down the line when that diligence was carried out and eliminated three burglars from the inquiry.  It was as the result of good police work using the information they knew had to be checked.

To date the Germans haven't come up with anything which eliminates Brueckner as they are obliged to do if they find it.  But similarly 'proving' his guilt beyond reasonable doubt will be a Herculean task.  So the ball is in his court when the presumption of innocence is considered.

It all goes back to the original police incompetence which led to Justice being compromised and McCann presumption of innocence being trampled into the Portuguese dust.

A lot of good people were initially taken in.  And who could blame them.  The organisation of the propaganda was unprecedented.
