Stocky Man
« on: June 01, 2025, 10:53:54 PM »
So Stocky man was seen walking behind Jodi prior to death. The time Jodi left was still being reported by Judith as 5:30pm at least 6 weeks after the crime. This sighting is significant. Why did the time Jodi left change? Even the brother said she left at 5:30pm. How could the time of death be 5:15 when Jodi was still at home? And why did the prosecution hide the Stocky man sighting as well as the witness and her statements?

I think it?s reasonable to infer that Stocky man was/is quite significant in this crime. How was he eliminated if these questions weren?t asked? Was it just because his Mother gave him an alibi ?

Stocky Man IS absolutely 100% [Name removed] and he was a violent individual with clinically confirmed paranoid Psychosis. He was sectioned and released 60 days prior to Jodi’s murder after having said he was suspicious of his family. [Name removed] was seen following Jodi at 5:30pm after the police time of death. [Name removed] knows fine well Jodi was alive after 5:15…The police were reluctant to arrest the crack pot so didn’t. These Lolice know they failed Jodi.

Well as you may know, the LM Campaign team are fundraising at the moment to hire a new legal team to review the case, Gummy, so they will no doubt look at the stocky man evidence in due course!

Does anyone know the name of the guy at the time who eventually came forward as stocky man and was ruled out from police inquiries? Apparently, one of the two wtnesses (the male witness, from memory) who saw him walking behind Jodi Jones just after 5 p.m.on 30.06.03 said he recognised him again on the day of the day police re-construction on 07.07.03, high fiving  one of his pals. Anyone know who he was? I know it wasn't JOSJON.

Incidentally, the notion that JOSJON murdered his wee sister that day is ludicrous. Why? Well, not only were they a close family (they had their problems like most families), JOSJON was sitting in the living room with Jodi and Judith, listening to a Rod Stewart track between 1640-1650 whilst dinner (lasagne) was being prepared; a totally peaceful and calm family environment, with not the slightest hint of any animosity between then (quite the opposite, actually). And why would he choose to do it then, when he knew that Jodi was going to meet Luke Mitchell at Easthouses/the Easthouses end of Roan's Dyke Path at that very moment in broad daylight in the height of summer? It just doesn't make sense. Also, JOSJON was ruled out by DNA and a variety of circumstances, too (eg, evidence from his family regarding his whereabouts).

Jodie?s brother had mental health problems, problems that were exacerbated by smoking weed, which was exactly what he was doing on the night Jodie was murdered. Logic has no place when explaining the actions of someone who is having a psychotic episode.
